Food was good. Servers were great and very friendly.

The person seating us dropped the pile of menus in a huge booth meant for 6-7 people (we were a party of 2) and immediately left without looking/saying a word. Not a huge problem but a bit awkward considering the place was packed and they left before we could ask anything or even sit.

We purposely ordered our appetizer and meal separate, we still got our main food maybe 3-4 minutes after our appetizer (not an appropriate amount of time to finish/enjoy app). I understand they were trying to get us out because we were at a huge table- but they sat us there despite there being other places meant for 2 people.

Nice brewpub with an extensive food menu. I’ve only been a couple of times. I’ve enjoyed the beers I’ve had although I can’t describe why or names. Lagers and IPAs are the usual for me. Last time I did try their truffle fries. They came out way too quick and were cold, like I was given an old order. Still ate them while I sipped and read. Bar service has been pleasant, I’ve only come for a beer or two at a time. It gives off date night vibes which is probably why I don’t come more often. It’s also a brewery for adults which is a plus.

We love it here! I think it’s our favorite place to eat! We had the apple pie bourbon adult juice box and the Meat & Potatoes and it’s so good we reference it when we have something else that’s really good!

Lucy provided great service tonight! She was welcoming and warm, just like the latitude 42 environment. I had the Tzatziki Chicken Salad Sandwich and it was very light and creamy. The food was perfect, the prices are great and the cozy atmosphere pictured here was at the end of the night. My only regret is not leaving room for dessert!

I needed a place to take my dad for his birthday and wanted it to be rather nice. So, Latitude it was then. I’d been going to Latitude since they opened on Portage many years ago and it’s a pretty solid choice.
A little must have been off today, as everything was good, but not quite.

First off, the service is always stellar and today was no exception. The coffee was fantastic (so is the beer, but wasn’t feeling a noon beer today, so no beer for me).

I had a half of their Caesar which was good, could have used a tad more dressing, and the red peppers were an interesting, albeit not completely bad surprise. The size for the price wasn’t bad either.

The Fig Jammin burger was pretty ok, although not much fig and the garlic sauce in the plastic cup (for the fig burger?) was a little different given their typically great plating. It didn’t quite jive with the fig theme of the burger. The chips were a tad…”done” and maybe too done? “Burnt-ish” is the best way to describe them. Kinda meh. Very “meh.”

Biggest disappointment was my father’s Bleu Cheese burger which had no Bleu cheese. They were out. Not the waitresses fault, it was the kitchen, but given the inordinate of time we waited for them, they, in that time, could have come out (they were not busy for Latitude 42 standards) and explained that they were out of Bleu cheese. It was going to be 15 minutes for the kitchen to make more.
(This was for the salad as well)

So, yeah kinda disappointed with that whole scenario. Mainly, the lack of communication BEFORE the meal arrived.

The onion ring appetizer was good and the size very good for the price, given the price for everything anymore, so good job there.

The outside landscaping needs attention and there is zero reason you cannot jack up that piece of concrete sidewalk instead of putting caution tape.

I want to say the greatest, most amazing things about Latitude 42 because I’ve loved them for years, but it’s little things that count.

Will I go back? We’ll see.

I’ll preface by saying I typically don’t complain about food at restaurants.
We’ve had generally good experiences with this chain. Except today. We waited at the door for 5 minutes before someone came around the corner. Dinner portions were extremely light for $20+. Tiny bits of chicken in a Mediterranean chicken dish. Most importantly there was no accountability for the buttermilk chicken dinner that was so salty I couldn’t eat more than a few bites. Far too salty with breading removed even. No manager would come check on us despite waiting for them to come 10+ minutes and them admitting this is a recurring problem with the meal. Ultimately they refused to be held accountable for the inedible food they served.
The booth seats are all ripped to shreds. How much does it cost to make a few repairs?
There’s two lights in the bathroom and none over the stalls. Children and their parents appreciate light in the bathroom stalls.
Adding this place to the list of restaurants we won’t visit or recommend.

We had a birthday dinner of 12, Hope served us and did amazing. She was attentive, friendly and helped us with anything we needed. Overall great experience would go again, just based on the service alone. The pizza was great as well.

We had dinner for Vday and Lucy was our waitress, she was the best waitress we’ve had in years she is upbeat, smiley, funny and took great care of us and everyone around us! Also met Hope and she was equally amazing! Hard to find great people in the restaurant business anymore so this made our VDay even better !!

Eat here often. LOVE the burrito bowl, but today food quality was not like it usually is. Our server, Hope, went out of her way to make everything right and make sure that we left satisfied. She is amazing as a waitress, problem solver, and person!!
