Passing through and it was very busy. The parking lot was full all around. Walking in, the welcome from the staff was unsatisfactory. Did I look lost??? The host went and cleaned off a table for 5 on the other side of the restaurant, escorted me there and asked me was that ok? Uh…NO! Read the room, buddy! I chose a more appropriate place to sit as I was by myself. Service from the waitress was great, she moved fast and handled all her guests with care. I ordered the farmers choice breakfast and it was served to me with the eggs half cold, the sausage patties hard and reheated and a half serving of home fries. The only food served hot were my pancakes. I know it was busy but the kitchen staff or Cook(s) need to do better. Checking out he asked me how was everything and I told him and he acted like I started speaking a foreign language.

I had to kill some time so decided to stop and have a bite to eat… As always food was great.. but shout out to my server Sharon… I let her know I might linger a bit and didn’t want her to feel overly obligated to pay me as much attention as her other tables.. but she still checked up on me on the regular, was very understanding to my special requests with my food. And overall was a wonderful server. I of course compensated hoggin her table for longer than most and want to thank her for making my Sat wait enjoyable!!

I had never been to a Bob Evans before. So I stopped in for a late lunch (I was starving). I got a country fried steak. Food was delicious! Service was excellent (server came over multiple times to make sure I was taken care of)!

Stopped by on the way back to Columbus. Had to wait to be seated although not too busy apparently due to a staff shortage. Large Help Wanted sign out front. Jessica did a good job as server. Food was good.

So I’m a young woman with my sisters out for breakfast, and we did not have a nice breakfast. Food was awful. Cold hashbrowns, underdone eggs, hair in the French toast, pancakes doughy in the middle. Waitress was rushy and short with us. I understand being busy with other tables but we were treated like little kids. That’s not how you treat paying customers, especially when I manage at a restaurant myself. I know what good food and good service looks like. This was not it.

Ordered their sirloin tips as a take out. I asked for my sides to be put in separate containers, which they did not do. The green onions weren’t cooked and were cut so large I didn’t want to eat them. The steak was so tough, I couldn’t eat it. I had this three times in restaurants and it was very good, but as take out, it was terrible probably because I couldn’t do anything about it! Shame on you! If I had had this in a restaurant I would have sent this back and complained! I asked for my sides to be separated from my meat in separate dishes, bc I didn’t want my meat to taste like the juice from the side! They obviously didn’t do it!

Best Bob Evans in the greater area. The food was really good (Strawberry chicken salad and Chicken Salad fruit plate). Our waitress was the only waitress working that night, and with the extra patrons from the surrounding areas in due to the power outtage from the crazy wind storm Monday night, she handled it like a pro. She was really friendly and on it with service. We will definitely eat here again.

Instead of a fast food sandwich, I went to this place. Everything was cooked perfectly. The price was probably not more than the drive thru window at most places. I will be back for sure.
