July 29/24: Jordan took exceptional care of us today for lunch! She not only ran the bar but also cooked our meal for us. We enjoyed the wings (crispy with a bit of a bite), and the Bacon Cheeseburger w/crinkle fries , perfect! Updated Apr. 16/24: Thank you Alan (Chef) for an unforgettable afternoon of fabulous wings, a delicious HH Cheeseburger w/fries, and seriously good pours of “top shelf” Chardonnay! The “local” conversation is something to behold, and the on-site library rivals anything you’ll find @ your local bookstore. Multiple revisits are definitely in our future. ORIGINAL review: It’s everything & more! We stopped in for a glass of Chardonnay & some fries and were NOT disappointed! The atmosphere is “Dive Bar Personified”, absolute perfection. The krinkle fries were hot from the deep fryer and absolutely delicious. So happy we stopped in. It’s impossible to take it all in the 1st visit, we must return soon. Christina runs the entire place, bar, cook, host, smiles, amazing!

They refused my Montana ID. They didn’t even attempt to check it beyond simply looking at it, just said it “felt flimsy” and refused the serve us. Insane. I’m 28. Bartenders were extremely unpleasant and accusatory. It’s a 10 second google search to see Montana uses thinner plastic on IDs, but they were too lazy to do even that. No wonder their bar was empty while the Fall City Bar & Grill was lively. Used to come here when visiting family in the area, now none of us will be returning.

Visited again did not disappoint. I think possibly the best burger in the State. And not listed on the menu is a gluten free bun that is delicious. Love this place and a bonus Snoqualmie falls just a few minute drive. A small edit, they no longer have the gluten free bun but welcome you to bring in your own bun for your burger.

If you’re looking for a dive bar, you found it. With minimal tables and wall space, the Last Frontier is making use of every last bit of room it has, serving up beers on tap and classic bar food accompanied by sports on TV. A beer is a beer, but the food is quite good honestly, if not a little pricey.
Come here on Tuesdays for (almost) half price burgers, which are well valued on that day, topped with the works and served with crispy fries.
Service is fast, friendly, and ultra casual, the way it should be at a place like this. Enjoy the interesting historical sights plastered on the walls and ceiling.

I come here all the time after riding mountain bikes. It’s a great tavern with a cool vibe. To the reviews that mention bad service or issues with the food. Don’t come to a tavern in a small town if you are expecting the typical overly nice bartenders/waiters and perfect food service. This is a throw some burgers on the grill and have your beer kind of spot. I love it.
