Your food options for breakfast are slim on a Sunday morning in this town, but you should definitely give this place a try. I stumbled in on my way out of town and I’m so glad that I gave them a shot. I couldn’t decide between a few options, so I got a sweet one with jam, and a savory one with bacon and egg, and they were both delicious. I was stuffed and full for the rest of the day, but it was worth it. Stop by and get to know these owners, and you won’t regret trying their biscuits.

There are so many good things about this place! The food AND the service! Butter browns, thick cut bacon & sausage seasoned to perfection! And the biscuits have this thick kind of texture that’s not dried out or doughy but also light and fluffy at the same time! They have a light sweetness that goes perfectly with the savory side or try it with their jam. They have strawberry and blackberry. This is DEFINITELY the spot from now on when I roll thru Vegas! *Careful! The green chili is hot!*

Called in an order Saturday morning at 10 and they answered pretty quickly. She answered a question about butter browns (yes, they’re hash browns cooked in butter on the griddle). The order was ready in about 10 minutes and they got everything right! It was so good. The biscuit was cooked to perfection, it’s so huge, I actually took the top off of my sandwich and ate it open faced, then spread some homemsde peach jam on the top. Perfection

Traveling through looking for breakfast and it was highly reviewed so thought give it a shot. Ordered and on the road fast because it is takeout only. It worked in our favor to get back on the road fast. Food was delicious. Service was great. Restroom was clean. I would have included pictures but food was gone fast.

Take out only. Outstanding biscuits and homemade jams, massive to die for breakfast burritos. Very nice people, too. The ref chile on my thick bacon burrito was some of the best I’ve had in my 30 years in NM. Turkey chorizo on the other burrito was outstanding. The way they make the potatoes for the burritos elevates this dish like few other BBs. Don’t let the strip mall fool you; order and eat here, you will not be disappointed

Tucked into the Milks Plaza shopping center in the former La Casita de Mama space- Last Biscuit is a welcome new addition to Las Vegas, New Mexico’s breakfast scene(especially on Sunday morning!). With a name like that, you’d expect biscuits to be the star—and they absolutely are. They hold up beautifully to thick-cut bacon and eggs without crumbling into chaos. It’s a rare feat: a biscuit you can actually bite into without losing half of it to your lap. Like others have said – they’re big enough to save the top (nicely browned) for some jam.

Not a grab-and-go kind of place, and that’s a good thing. The bacon is a standout: thick, flavorful, and cooked just right. Green chile lovers might wish for a bit more heat, but the flavor is solid. For me- the hash browns (butter browns) are a bit soggy after you bite through the exterior. My only complaint after two visits.

Coffee here is brisk and smooth—none of that bitter bite you get from over-roasted beans. It’s the kind of cup that wakes you up without punching you in the taste buds.

Open from the early morning until “noonish”.

Y’all, I was to late for the last biscuit of the day but I didn’t make it to the restaurant till just after 10, so that’s on me.

I knew I wasn’t going to be disappointed though and the first bite of burrito had me making sounds that might have been slightly indecent.

The storefront is pristine and the quality of the food is absolutely amazing for the price!!!!

What a great surprise this was for us to find! We were traveling with our dog and needed breakfast to go. These grilled biscuit breakfast sandwich with NM twist were so very delicious!!! We ordered biscuits and homemade jams and green chili to take camping with us. We loved it so much that we revisited on our way back home! Do yourself a favor and try this place out!!!

This establishment is a blessing in this town. Sometimes you just want something different for breakfast. Some biscuits and gravy hit the spot and if you want something hearty and delicious, this is THE SPOT. Not only does it surpass McDonalds by miles because it’s homemade and real appetizing food, I could’ve jumped for joy when I saw someone like my dad or grandpa cooking, instead of some disgruntled gen Z’er aggressively hitting a vape pen while rolling their eyes at me. The lady at the front was the one taking orders over the phone and her friendly customer service was consistent and amazing in person as well.

My biscuits were hot, fluffy, and lathered in a flavorsome gravy. The breakfast burritos my wife and son got were also enjoyable. I’ll probably request chopped green chili the next time I grab some biscuits and gravy again from there. They’re opened very early and on the weekends.
