The bread that I got was very untastful not the Mexican pan im used to tasting like in Pomona or Anaheim areas not even the cookie was savorable to eat the dough is not great and overpowered with chocolate chip chunks. The only thing that was savorable that tasted how it should was the blueberry strudel bread you see in the pic also the conchas were okay tasted as they should somewhat. Highly do not recommend to try the sugary bread that looks like fruits or colors they are nasty I had a star and watermelon I couldn’t eat those. They should make less to have more quality then quantity here honestly. Didnt try food.

I purchased a burrito that came with salsa, and the salsa was expired and smelled horrible. The burrito itself was very cold and hard, as if it had been reheated from the previous day. On another occasion, I bought tamales and found a hair in the food. When I returned to inform them that the burrito was spoiled, the cashier was extremely rude and blamed me, saying it was my fault that I didn’t like it. Overall, the food quality and customer service were very poor.

I tried to like this place… but they just threw the bread in a bag all carelessly, also it doesn’t help that the lady took like 10 minutes to come attend us.

I was expecting more sanitary conditions given this infectious disease period. Upon entering, the lady placing the sweet breads had no gloves, was wiping, cleaning, and placing fresh bread with previous bread. There were only 2 forceps at the counter (nothing underneath to keep germs away) or pastry napkins to get the bread you wanted. Previously, I hoped to have a more tasty bread. But, it was dull in flavor. I grew up going to so many of these pastry shops and there were always paper to touch and grab your own pastries and forceps. But, this pastry shop is concerning due to the lack of obvious lack of proper business necessities for its customers. I simply write this because other customers should know.

Where do I even start…upon entering the floor was wet because the lady was mopping. Keep in mind I went around 11 am not right when they open. We tried to be careful and walk around. She told me and another customer to wait outside till it dried. I should have known better and left right there and then. The other customer was displeased as well and said they should do this before the store opens. Anyways I proceeded to buy 5 pieces of bread. I went home and both of the red velvet pieces where so dry and stale and had a weird taste.. they definitely had been there for awhile and where not fresh. I ended up going back and telling her that they where not good and dry. She looked me dead and the face and told me that the red velvet was like that, that that bread was dry and it was drier than most of the most they had there. I told her they where not like that and that red velvet is normally moist and soft. I asked if we could trade them for another or ask them what could be done and she ended asking the baker from the back and then gave us the money back. The other 3 pieces of bread was the same thing.. the concha was hard and had dry bits inside another chocolate muffin was not as hard but still stale. I ended up going to another bakery and comparing the same chocolate bread and the difference was mayor!!! First and final time going to this bakery. The customer service is not the best, that lady needs to learn customer service instead of arguing with the customer.

Went there for conchas for my littles but ended up throwing them away since all the ones I got were stale.

I think they should downsize their selection and focus on quality versus quantity.

It’s a ok place to get some sweet bread, but my only concern is that some of the staff doesn’t speak good enough English and it’s hard for me to understand them we live in the United States were everyone should speak good English and I feel comfortable speaking to someone who is bilingual that can speak full good English and my last concern is that this place keeps running out of chicken tamales which is the biggest disappointment of them all this place needs to make at least 1000 to 2000 chicken tamales a day so this doesn’t keep happening!
