This decent size restaurant has a large menu. The staff were attentive and friendly. The seasoning and quality of food was a let down. The chile relleno seemed to be dried and dehydrated before it was cooked – there was no texture to the poblano pepper. The salsa bar was a nice option to compliment most food.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced in North Carolina. Decided to try this place for the first time. I ordered a burrito with ground beef lettuce tomato rice and cheese. Ordered a Mr pib and got a Diet Coke. I tell the server who claimed to be the manager as well. He says sorry you’re correct. I’m not charging for it. I got to pay my bill and notice the charge for the burrito is still on so I tell the girl at the register what had happened and that I’m ok for paying for half. She did not seem to know what I was talking about so she went to get the server. He comes back looks at my receipt and crumples it up and tosses it to the trash and gives me another receipt this one with a 9 dollar auto tip on it. I tell him why is this now even more money than the first he says because our tip is automatic. FYI full price for burrito still on there. I tell him I want my original receipt he says he’s not looking in trash so he takes the 2nd receipt and gives me another for 69 now we are almost 20 over the original receipt. I tell him I want my original receipt he says he’s not looking for it again. He tells me I can leave with out paying for any of it. I tell him I’m not walking out with out paying, so I can be accused of stealing food. Finally he gives me a receipt for the original amount I was asked to pay. I pay it he says don’t ever come back. I tell him don’t worry I won’t.

Nice people and great service. We went on a Saturday night and to our surprise it was not busy like the Morganton location. The food is just as good and the people were really nice as well. We will be back.

I had the two tacos dinner plate. Best tacos I’ve had in years! Choice of ground or shredded beef. The fajitas for two that a couple at the table ordered was a pile of wonderful meats and veggies. Twice as much food as I expected there to be to feed two people.

Okay so this place is amazing. I couldn’t believe how much food I received with my order and it was delicious! So much food for the price (which is pretty cheap). Also the strawberry margarita I ordered was perfect! I was here visiting and I will definitely eat here every time I’m in the area. Clean atmosphere, amazing food, and super friendly staff.

This place is mediocre. Tortilla chips are hard and served cold. Small dipping cups for the salsa that you help yourself with at the salsa bar. The chips can’t fit the small cups that they give you to put your salsa in. Margaritas have no noticeable tequila in it. Had two, both not great. 0 stars for Margaritas. Food was ok. Too many vegetables not enough meat. Rice was really good. We left full. But would not go back.

Las Salsas, located in Marion, NC, in the heart of McDowell County is a great little Mexican Restaurant. We were greeted promptly, and our waiter was very attentive. The food was good, hot and plentiful. We had enough food for another full meal. We will definitely be back.

The takeout at this establishment is not the greatest they have consistently screwed up my orders from there even when I specify that I would like it the same way as they would serve a customer who is eating in they still screw it up, an example being an order of hard shell tacos with rice and beans. Every time I have ordered this for take out I have been given very soggy soft shell tacos that are more onion and cilantro than meat and cold rice and beans. As a cook at a restaurant I would be ashamed if this was the product I was serving.
