HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! FOOD IS DISGUSTING! EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE!! Not only did they give me a black / rotten avocado for all my orders but they got all my order wrong. The worker had the audacity to give me attitude and blame me for their mistake! Their only solution was to make me drive 30 plus minutes to fix it. Worker also refused to let me speak to the manager. DON’T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!! Horrible horrible place!

Personally I really like the burgers and fries here because I grew up eating them, they’re average. The carne here sucks though, everything that has carne will taste weird whether it’s the tacos or anything else. The ice cream is pretty good, the strawberry one is the best along with the chocolate and the licuados are really tasty too (chocolate). But let me just say the girl who works here, the younger one, has such an envious and rude attitude. I’ve encountered her so many times before later in the day before closing and in the day as well. The cook is snarky. I miss the staff that was there before even though they had a bad attitude too. Fire that damn girl though seriously.

Really upsetting, they messed up my order. I asked for a fresas con crema with just granola (because my wife is allergic). They yelled at the lady my order. Told her 3 times, only granola. She came out gave me my order and I apologized and told her ma’am I’m sorry I asked for it with only granola and cream, she yelled at me and said no you said no coco only and a lil bit of raisins. I told the cashier to please confirm my order. They confirmed I asked for my order with only granola. She went to the re did my order (or so I thought) because I said my wife is allergic. I received the order when I got home I noticed (since I always mix the fresas) that she kept the same order since there were like 8 raisins still in it. Thankfully I did, cus my wife could’ve collapsed on me. Allergies are nothing to play with. So I just wasted $16 because I had to throw them away and not take the risk.
I’ll leave 2 because they are great, but today played with my wife’s life so… yeah.

I come here often foe the Nachos and juices. The tortas are honestly so good. Like they even look perfectly assembled. The prices are great too..I love Las Palmitas and it’s the only reason I go to the laundry next door. Thank you for motivating me to do my laundry.

Double check your change. It’s the 3rd time they don’t give the exact change. And when I show them the missing change. They ignore it. Warning everyone to double check your receipts. Never coming back.

The place was big, and empty when I walked in. People started coming in, but there was nobody cooking. Finally, somebody started working on the orders. Just one person. They had my order ready, but did not give it to me right away. They had it there sitting. Because there was only one cook, the bread of my torta got burnt. When I got my order, the bread was hard. The rest of the cooks came back, but they were working soooo slowly, and taking their time to serve the orders. Totally bad service. Do not recommend.
