Love this location. When ordering, they let me substitute something for an item in the meal that I couldn’t eat with no problem. Waitress kept an eye on us and checked on us multiple times. They were busy but there was no wait and our food came out quickly!

Excellent food and outstanding service. The quality of the food is consistently excellent, and the entire team is amazing. Ricardo, the manager, always makes sure everything is running smoothly and that guests are well taken care of. We visit this restaurant at least three times a week, which says a lot about how much we enjoy it.

DEAD BUGS IN FOOD. I’m so disappointed because my family and I have loved this place for years. I know it’s hard to keep things clean, and times are tough for the service industry, but I was absolutely disgusted to see a ridiculously massive dead ant in my refried beans for my takeout food from Las Palmas on Old Hickory Boulevard in Nashville today. This thing is a monstrosity. This shows an obvious lack of attention to detail by the kitchen staff. Surely there are more bugs in the kitchen food, and who knows what else. What’s worse is I didn’t notice it until I was almost finished eating. I’m absolutely livid and sick. I think I’m going to be sick. This should never happen. Pictures attached. I cannot believe I have been a regular customer here for years. Who knows what else I’ve put into my body from this place. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I have pictures for proof as well. I don’t know if I’ll ever come to a Las Palmas again, but I sure hope management does a deep overhaul of the kitchen and cleanliness standards.

Great food & great service! We stopped in Nashville for a quick lunch from our drive back home to Indiana. We ordered the Burrito Bandera and the Quesabirrias. As well as a michelada & a strawberry margarita. Everything was delicious.

I asked what the server recommended as I am from out of town. She didn’t know what to say, so I picked the chimichanga. The server asked me what protein I would like so I asked what was available, and the server stumbled over their words and said chicken or steak. Is this something that everyone should know? I don’t expect them to be able to list every item on the menu, but at least a knowledge of what proteins are available…
At the end of the day I was happy with my experience and my meal was tasty. Nice texture from the tortilla, and the guacamole was really good. The chips & salsa were good; nice mild kick from the salsa.

The bean dip and chips is still one of the best amongst the other chain restaurants camino, la siesta) and their fajita quesadilla was goos as well. Service was good.
The reason why I couldn’t give it a 4 was their “street tacos”. It didn’t look like a street taco plus it was almost $4 a piece. Definitely not something that doesn’t match their description and customer expectations.

Took them 30 minutes to fufill my order for cheese dip and extra chips. They told me 5-8 minutes over the phone. No compensation or apology for the wait.
