As always we love this place. The service is good and the food always comes out fast. As others have mentioned, I’ve noticed their prices have gone up a bit, but honestly, whose hasn’t? To pay employees a living wage and to keep up with food prices, we should all expect to see an increase in prices.
The portion size is always enough for me to take leftovers and have lunch the next day and they always keep the warm chips and salsa coming. Las Palmas is consistent.

The waiter’s name was Denys.
He was incredibly kind and polite, and his welcoming energy made us feel very comfortable as customers.
The birria tacos were exceptionally delicious, with a wonderfully crunchy tortilla despite the cheese, and the beef was juicy, and the soup was flavorful.
The restrooms were clean.
The environment was pleasant.
There was a lady, who I believe was the manager, who inquired at each table to ensure everything was satisfactory. This is truly commendable, as it demonstrates their interest in their customers and their teamwork, which is perfect.
It is definitely a cozy and professional establishment; I highly recommend visiting.

Enjoyed visiting to honor a young man who graduated from high school. The food was great. I had carne asada. The salsa is not great and tastes like tomato sauce. No onion or cilantro. Friendly service and nice atmosphere.

The food here is good, but being originally from San Diego it isn’t easy to find exceptionally tasting Mexican food here in Tennessee. Most places in this part of the country serve Tex-Mex combinations. The restaurant and bathrooms are clean.
The staff is friendly but overly observant.

We really enjoyed the food. We had fajitas, tacos, burritos, and enchiladas. They were all good. They give free chips and salsa. The salsa was really good, but a little spicy (I like it that way). Restaurant is very clean. We ate during lunch on a Friday and it was not busy. Wait staff was very courteous and they kept our drinks filled. Adios!

Me and my son come here every week after his sports practice. Last night we went to eat here and it was empty inside . There was one group of two ladies that were done and waiting for their check. We got seated and waited 10mins with no waiter coming back and asking us for anything. We didn’t even get waters. I stood up to look around for the waiter and saw the waiter and the entire staff seating in a back booth laughing and hanging out. They didn’t even get up after that to come over to us. We ended up getting up and leaving. How rude and what terrible customer service!! Especially since we were regulars there. That is not how you treat your customers.
