After days on the road we just wanted a jumbo jack and a coke. That’s it. It took 20 minutes between ordering, and the time we got our food. The lady in the van in front of us seemed like she ordered the whole menu. Our food was fresh when we got it but I should have ordered 2 I was so hungry.

When I mentioned that they should staff two people at the counter at 12:00 noon the manager shouted angrily that’s not the way we do it sir. I responded own it dude. He continued that’s not the way they do it but I’m right here! Was that a challenge to step outside? Guest service seems to have become a distant memory. Jack used to know.Still better than the others.

I understand the short staff and all but I came in and no one was there. No one in the drive through either. Super nice person took my order the 3-4 people came in ordered and got there food. I had to go up to the counter and ask what’s the issue. The person was nice as she bagged up my cold burger and fries. I understand the labor shortage and take all the time you need. But take some pride in the little things.
