Stopped in this place for a quick bite. The bartender Jorge was very friendly and helpful. He told me he had a $5.95 margarita which I decided to try out. Pretty good deal. Also tried the shrimp fajitas which were very tasty with a good flavor. However they did not have homemade tortillas.

Las Palmas is one of my favorite Mansfield Mexican restaurants. From their sweet tea, thin chips and zesty salsa, to their great entrées and picture perfect desserts, Las Palmas scores big with this Texan.
This night I had their Camarones Mexico. Large shrimp cooked with jalapeños, onions, tomatoes, and ranchero sauce served with rice and refried beans. It is my go-to dish when I want an explosion of flavor dancing across my tongue. I don’t leave more than a grain of rice on plate when I’m finished.
I usually follow up with a dessert and gave my server the thumbs up to bring a dessert of her choosing. She brought out a beautifully plated flan and ice cream covered and drizzled with caramel and chocolate syrup. A perfect ending to a table for one date with myself.

Great service and delicious food. I really, really liked the shrimp cocktail. Wish it had a bit more avocado, but it was very tasty. Got the shrimp fajitas and those were grilled to perfection. Next time I plan on trying the steak fajitas and can provide and update then. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

Tried this place for the first time after reading someone’s recommendation. We got there early so we were the only ones in the restaurant. Place was very clean, service was very nice and food was excellent! The food could have been a little hotter but that is just a personal preference….it was an acceptable temperature. The margaritas were GREAT! will definitely come here again

Ordered this as delivery from Doordash, it was really good. I got the flautas, and they were perfectly crispy. The guac was fresh and had huge chunks of avocado in it. They even gave me chips and salsa (which is kinda rare for delivery places). Overall, I really enjoyed my meal and it was very affordable. Will be ordering this again!

This was my first visit. The chips and salsa were good. The red salsa had a good flavor but no heat. I wish I had known about their spicier green salsa. I’ll make sure I get that next time.
I ordered the #10 Enchilada and Taco Platter. Both were large portions and tasty.

We stopped in for lunch today. I will say my lunch was fantastic, Camarone Mexico, 9 huge shrimp, sautéed with onions and jalos with tomato base. Comes with refried beans and rice, pico and guacamole. Our daughter had a sour cream and chicken enchilada with mixed veg….very good as well. My wife had the #6, a taco salad with “spring mix lettuce”, supposed to have refried beans, cheese, guacamole, sour cream, tomato’s, etc. etc. The salad was iceberg with much of the core inside. She said I was good other than the iceberg and missing beans. Chips and salsa ehhh. Nice atmosphere, we would definitely go back, and try other dinners.

This place had good reviews so we decided to try it. We were the only people in the restaurant and everything we ordered came out cold. Chips, queso, nachos, meals, etc. our waitress was nice but service was slow. The food was actually not bad but being so cold was just gross. :-/
