Las Palmas was absolutely awesome. The food was amazing, and the service was excellent. Our server did a great job—constantly checking on us while also running other parts of the restaurant. Even though they were clearly busy, we never felt ignored and everything came out in a timely manner.
We ordered the quesabirrias and the Teresita fries, and both were incredible. Everything was packed with flavor—so good it would make your mouth fall off.
I also tried fried ice cream for the first time, and it was definitely worth the wait. It was the perfect way to finish the meal.
Overall, great food, great service, and a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back.

We don’t normally go to chain restaurants but we had coupons from the Rome emperor’s baseball for two free tacos. Well, we’ll definitely be coming back when we’re nearby or when we go another game.
John of service gave us great service. Checked up on us frequently. The manager stopped by to check on us. They kept our Waters filled and our chips and salsa filled and the food came out quickly. Dinners were tasty. Hot freshly prepared and enough portion to take some home.

VERY Surprised at our most recent visit. This has always been our go to Mexican restaurant for years. This weekend was the first time we’ve been in several months. First surprise was that the menu selections have gone up 20-30 percent from our last visit! We ordered our usual adult drinks while waiting on chips. Chips came, we ordered food and still no drinks. Food arrived and we had to ask out waitress where our drinks were. She acted like it was a surprise! FINALLY drinks came and they were very watered down. Food orders were all wrong. Pineapple and shrimp taco for my grandson was ground beef and nothing! When we asked for correct menu item, we received a shrug from the waiter and nothing more. Fajitas came for 2 with no tortillas. Had to ask for them and wait another 10 minutes to eat. No one asked if we wanted corn or flour ( we usually get a mix) so we ate the soggy flour ones that fell apart the second we picked them up to eat. Very little seasoning in the Fajitas with only a green pepper, onion and shrimp mix. Small cups of condiments only. Nothing like the old menu and well prepared food we were used to. Service was very poor.
I commented to my family, “what has happened to this restaurant” and the table next to us heard and the lady said, ” I just asked my husband the same thing”. Hopefully, this was an “off” night. Maybe we will return, maybe we will go elsewhere but with the excessive price increase we will most likely look for our next favorite Mexican restaurant.

The waiters are very friendly the service is very fast, the food was very delicious.
The music in the background played is nice Mexican music and the sound was suitable.
The place does have 3 big TV screens showing mostly sports.
The only thing that I didn’t like was the light it was too white and doesn’t give the right warm atmosphere that suits the place, but overall experience I love the place and I will sure visit it again.

Greeted kindly and seated promptly! The service was pretty good. The chips and salsa were brought out very quickly. Our server seemed a bit slow but she was very helpful with the menu items and suggestions. The pasta was delicious!! I couldn’t believe it. Would reorder again! I never would have thought to enjoy a pasta at a Mexican restaurant. Would return and recommend.

Very good place to eat. Delicious. My beef tacos were great and my husband had chicken Fajita burritos. We normally ha e the burrito delights which are yummy. Everything is always really good and the staff are very friendly. Definitely recommend.

Was able to sneak my semi into the large parking lot. So that was a plus.
This place had it all. Lots if parking, curb appeal, great signage, wrap around outdoor patio.
Giant bench and metal mariachi band for selfies etc..
Inside the interior design was well thought out and a lot if quality materials used and good craftsmanship. Great use of props and marketing.
Menus were well laid out and legible.
Colourful pictures used throughout.
Joshua was my server and provided outstanding service and some good conversation as well.
Food was very good and bonus points for going the extra mile for presentation.
Everything was well cooked, the proteins, peppers and onions, rice was done perfectly, beans were great colour and flavour.
Not pale and runny like some places trying to cut corners.
The chips were pretty generic, but nothing to complain about. The salsa was nice and thick and spiced with a nice kick but nothing that would ruin your taste buds for the dinner yet to come.
Portions were generous and had to get a to go box. Even with my appetite I could not eat it all in one sitting. It did make for a good lunch in the truck the following day!
Washroom was exceptionally clean for a Mexican restaurant.
