We could smell the delicious food down the road and followed our noses to find this place. Yummy Mexican dishes with quite the variety to please all pallets. After selecting from their lunch specials we enjoyed the delicious entrees that didn’t break the bank. My chicken fajitas were great and the margarita was on special

This is one of the few spots in the Bangor area that stays open later , which makes it really convenient for a late-night meal. I ordered through DoorDash for pickup, and my food was ready in just about 15 minutes ⏱️ , which was super fast and hassle-free. They also include free chips and salsa ️, which is always a nice little bonus!
The food overall was pretty tasty ️, with good flavors and satisfying portions. The only thing I noticed that could be improved is the al pastor tacos — the meat felt a bit dry and tough . Still, it didn’t ruin the meal, and I’d definitely consider coming back for a quick, flavorful dinner. Convenient, fast, and mostly delicious — a solid choice for late-night cravings!

The food was decent and the portions reasonable. While the flavors were good, nothing really jumped out at me as amazing. This does not mean I wouldn’t recommend it, only that it wasn’t a “wow” meal so much as a safe one.
The waiter was both patient and attentive. He saw to our orders and returned when we were ready. He was neither talkative nor social. There is an art to waiting tables and friendliness just wasn’t in his wheelhouse.

The food is hit or miss, depending on what you order , certain taco dishes are out of this world good , but their ground beef is unseasoned and its up in the air whether they actually put care into your dish..If you are a white boy, they will serve you bland unseasoned beef with raw french fries, maybe they judge people’s taste a bit too much…but their margaritas are always perfecto…I just wish they would put more care into every customers dish . Would put more stars if I didnt have to order the same dish everytime to get perfect food.

Our 2nd time here. Probably the best Mexican Restaurant in Maine. My husband is from California. We have tried all Mexican food in Maine in past 10 years. It has always been disappointing. This restaurant is tasty enough. (Nothing spicy enough for me.) The service is great. Drinks are good. Price is excellent and big portion. Would recommend it.

We got the chimichanga and burritos Mexicanos Friday special which comes with a beef and chicken version of the dish. The chicken was a bit dry and not well seasoned, but the beef was tender and juicy! The price to portion ratio is excellent and you get a lot of food for your money. It was overall good and would totally revisit.

I was nervous bc the parking lot was near empty when I arrived, but I am glad I took a chance. Fresh salsa, perfectly cooked carnitas, and large selection of jaritos. The waitress was even patient as I fumbled through ordering in Spanish, because I am out of practice. Fast and friendly service.

Mexican is my favorite food and it’s kinda hard to get great Mexican food in Maine. I had the nachos and was unimpressed. The chicken would have been much better had it been fajita style, and I like individual nachos, not a pile on top of a pile of chips. Anyway, maybe the other menu items are better.
