Thank you so much to Ariana for serving my wife and I during our lunch hour. We were greeted at the door and sat pretty quickly. It was about 11:45 in the morning and people were showing up. This young lady immediately brought us chips and took our drink orders. When we were ready to order, the food came out hot and ready to eat. Drinks stayed full, and even though others kept walking in, she was still very attentive to us. Thank you very much Ariana and we’ll see you again soon!

The young lady in the drive thru couldn’t understand my order for one shrimp taco so she told me to pull around. I get to the window and she tells me they no longer serve that. At this point I’m confused because I’ve ordered them before. I request a manager but then she says “ooohh, shrimp taco”. I then waited 10 mins only to sit down at home to eat and realized my shrimp are grey and raw. Doubt I’ll be going back there!

I really like this location. Rafael, if I remember correctly, was very attentive! Drinks and chips/salsa came quickly! Our order was correct and the mole was nice and spicy. We had trouble with the app change and couldn’t get our points renewed but that’s alright. He added the purchase to increase our points and we will will redeem them in the future. I like this restaurant on the hill. The interior layout is very open and inviting!

I attended a memorial dinner for a dear friend that had recently passed. His family put this together for a final farewell. Some invitees had arrived early but the staff wouldn’t let them in the restaurant. When we were allowed in, the room quickly filled up. As people kept showing up, the staff brought in more tables. Staff had not put enough seats for the number of guests invited. Meanwhile, it took almost an hour before drink orders were taken. The ice tea tasted dirty, for lack of a better term. You could see other people outside upset and leaving. I found out that the restaurant would not let them in stating there were too many people. They were not allowed to even get a table of there own. As it turned out, dinner turned into only appetizers. Many of the guests were turned away without the family knowing they were there. The manager was very rude and patronizing. If someone left the room, for a bathroom break or anything, he wouldn’t let them back in. I was mortified for the family. I can’t imagine being treated that way by staff and management, much less while grieving over the loss of a family member.

We usually get the enchiladas verdes & the cheese enchilada plate. Delicious flavor & very nicely filled. Their tacos have good quality meat & the price fits the product. Another great meal is their chicken tortilla soup. There’s sooo much chicken in this bowl of soup it’s truly a meal & a very filling meal at that. Homemade lemonade? YES! Not only is their lemonade homemade but it’s full of flavor! We have even bought a gallon to enjoy at home. In my opinion this is one of the best locations because their food quality is that good.

Been awhile since I’ve been here guess I know why. I asked for a little more green tomatilla sauce so it’s not dry when I get home and I can actually taste it and got told I had to pay for extra. I didn’t need that little container, just a bit more. My friend told them yes, so I got charged for sauce y’all. Another restaurant that doesn’t let you have it “your way” I bet they want their’s their way. ♀️

Costly a bit, but the food portions improved.
Clean orders and not sloppy.
Everything was wrapped perfectly to go.
Only thing I think they could improve still is meat portions are always very skimpy. Never what they say they are for 2 or more.

The food is good the flautas should be a little thicker they do give you plenty of guacamole and sour cream but only at the location on evers and 410. Other Las palapas don’t live up to it especially the one off of highway 151 and I think it’s potranco but basically in that area. Is there a good father plate is good know we’ve had better like at Los Cocos on Bandera Road.
The service was good but lacked the friendliness, then we had to look for our waiter to pay our bill.
