I got the $10 three mini-tacos special. Service was friendly and fast. Food was tasty. They were very accommodating toward my dairy allergy and they brought refried beans along with the usual chips and salsa – a nice plus! Will absolutely return!

Best shrimp octopus ceviche in Humboldt!! Its authentic as can be and made just right. Also the michoacana enchiladas is Amazing. If you want to taste authentic Mexican food this is one of the the best!! Salsa, beans, rice, chips, it’s all the best. Can’t get this anywhere else

This place is a bit of a mixed bag for me. The chips and salsa were pretty good but there was entirely not enough salsa. The server was very nice but not quite attentive enough. They didn’t refill drinks or salsa without asking. I had the tequila fajitas, which had good flavor but were very dry (lack of salsa again) and only came with rice and beans, which were quite bland. No cheese, sour cream or guacamole, which is usually standard for fajitas. I also ordered the queso fondido and quac as starters. The queso was very dry and the guacamole was pretty bland and underwhelming. No onions or tomatoes to be seen. My fellow diner got the Chile relleno super burrito and said it was good. She had the same opinion of her margarita. The side of shredded beef for the little one was lacking almost any flavor. When the bill came I was charged for the extra chips and salsa. I understand that inflation sucks for everyone, but I’d you’re going to charge for something this is usually complimentary, say something. Overall it was a decent experience but I’m not sure I’ll return. Eureka is in no short supply of good Mexican restaurants. My bill was also close to $100 before tip which is pretty high all things considered.

Our waitress, Pearla, was amazing and gave our group top notch service. Thank you for being so kind and personable. The food was very authentic and absolutely delicious with an ample amount of portions.

We really enjoyed the friendly staff. The food was awesome. Sometimes a restaurant is so amazing we want others to enjoy it as much as we did.

Fresh homemade tortillas. Chips with salsa (and refrieds!) as soon as seated. Friendly. Cocktails; local craft beers on tap. And–a plus in Eureka–it’s open Sundays when most restaurants are closed.

Excellent service from Perla, we were welcomed in with a warm smile and were met with a great quick meal! The chips were clearly made or fried in house, and the beans were immaculate! Best I’ve had from a restaurant up here so far. The salsa had a great flavor as well! The tres quesabirrias dish was balanced and delicious to boot. Great atmosphere, service and food, i would recommend to a friend or family member!
