We stopped here for an early lunch on Valentine’s Day. They had a brunch special going at the time but we just opted just to get lunch. I had a hibiscus margarita, it was very good. My husband got the horchata; it was a much larger glass than expected. I got the chile relleno. I enjoyed it very much, the ranchero sauce was perfect with the cheese filling. My husband got the poblano enchiladas and said they were very good.
Our waiter, Luis, suggested the guacamole with the complimentary chips and salsa. That too was excellent.
We took home a lot of food.
The bathrooms were clean and well kept.

Las Margaritas Mexican Cantina in Latham, NY is absolutely beautiful to the eye. Very modern, very spacious a beautiful place to have in any occasion. Friendly attentive staff from door to table.
Their food on the other hand was a slight disappointment. I was served a chicken quesadilla with uncooked chicken inside, no bueno
We all know that leads to cross contamination/salmonella poisoning, no bueno.

Luis was excellent! Very kind and got our order perfect! Assistant staff was also very helpful and kind. The food was amazing, as well as the margaritas! You get BIG drinks for a great price. I will be coming back here soon <3

Our waiter Angel was still in his first week but was still an incredible waiter! Very attentive, kind, and brought everything to the table quickly.
Place was a pretty loud, but that’s to be expected for 7pm on a Saturday night
The food was incredible!! I’m a lifelong vegetarian and my dinner was delicious, and my mom and aunt are both gluten-free + enjoyed their meals too (especially since the menu has markers next to the gluten-free foods, which makes them easy to find!) My grandma especially loved the guacamole.
Make sure to make a reservation if you’re going between 5 and 8 on a weekend!!!

The atmosphere was so cool. They had cool lights, bubble walls, fun chairs and booths. The staff was very kind and always were checking up on you. They were fast and the food did not disappoint. It was fabulous. I had beef tacos and my husband had a burrito. They were fresh, hot and delicious. Would return in a heartbeat.

I’ve been here twice so far and each time the food was AMAZING and the frozen margaritas were delicious! The staff were also great and welcoming. Huge shout out to our server Nicolas! One of the best if not the best Mexican food that I’ve had locally. Definitely recommend!

Having recently been to the other location in Slingerlands, I was anxious to see if that experience held up in the northern suburbs. Glad to report it did.
Companion and I went for lunch and we were seated promptly at a table on the patio. Paul was our server and we were taken care of promptly. Drink orders were taken and soon we had a basket of chips and salsa. The service was great and I included a picture of both lemon and lime garnishing my Diet Coke something so small is a sign of good service.
Along with the chips we ordered a guacamole appetizer. The guacamole was served in a pottery mortar bowl, garnished with a couple of chips on top. The guacamole was bursting with flavor, but quite salty, which surprised me. Delicious though.
My companion had sides as his lunch. Yellow rice with vegetables, refried beans, which are thankfully vegan, and plantains. The plantains, although I realize they are fried were really too drenched. I’m not sure if they had a coating of some kind on them or not. Great taste but just too much oil.
I repeated what I had and Slingerlands and had the shrimp tacos, but this time I got corn tortillas. The tortillas were very tasty and I would suspect homemade. The shrimp were grilled and delicious and the sides were pico de gallo and a wonderful hot sauce that I keep forgetting to ask them to identify. It had a smoky, chipotle flavor to it.
Overall, a wonderful lunch and compliments to Paul our server who took great care of us. I would definitely go back to either location.

First time here and was blown away by the food and service! Louis was our server and he was super attentive! Our food was also very delicious! You MUST get the guacamole – it’s the best I’ve ever had from a restaurant! Also, you can’t beat $13-$16 for a large margarita made with top shelf tequila!
