I love this taco truck so much. The carnitas and Al pastor are my favorite. Also the langua if you don’t mind cow tongue!! The owner is so friendly and quick with service, perfect for a speedy lunch. My favorite place for tacos and luckily I live close by!

The lingua and the cabesa tacos were excellent, but the carnitas stole the show for me. The pork just melts in your mouth with an explosion of flavor. Do not skip the toppings, either; the pickled jalapeños are proper hot!

When looking for a food truck for my husband’s 50th, I searched for 4-5 star trucks.. Las Ellie’s came up as a 5 star and well they held up the 5 stars with our party group. Tacos were fantastic! Will book them again for sure!
