Met some friends for brunch that had been here before and couldn’t have more pleasantly surprised. The salsa was served warm and was excellent. Had the pancakes which were good, the eggs were great cooked perfectly. The real winner was the potato & chorizo taco on a homemade flour tortilla that I ordered on the side. Great tasting, very well priced! A new favorite for us.

This is a must visit every time we’re in San Antonio. Sure there are plenty of restaurants that serve good food but the bigger restaurants are always so packed. Here, we’re always guaranteed good tasting food without the long waits or breaking the bank. You must check it out if you’ve never been. Never judge a book by its cover. This place is nothing fancy but the hospitality and the food is great every time!

2nd time there food is hot delicious tortillas are homemade, plates have large portions, tacos are big and full, service is prompt and friendly, always checking on you for coffee / tea refills prices are very reasonable, definitely come back

Omgosh we went in there because I have been wanting to try it but when we walked in, it smelt like sewer. I had to run out cause I almost threw up. They are still working on the restaurant which I understand. But why open it, if your still working on it and it smells like dead sewer in there. We walked in and walked out right away. We are going to try again in a few months and see if it’s better

I highly recommend! I was driving by and thought I’d give it a shot for breakfast. I’m glad I did. Server was very pleasant and courteous. Coffee was great. Passed my tortilla test, good texture, not like store bought, warm. Beans had a good taste, a little bit of spice there. Bacon was cooked just to my liking, not overly crisp or limp, thick and tasty. Outside looks deceptively plain but it’s a friendly atmosphere inside. I’ll be back for sure.
