To start, the service is terrible. They treat their acquaintances with kindness and leave the rest in the dust. I ordered some empanadas and they took a while to bring them. First, I drank the soda and finally, BE CAREFUL: the sauces were DAMAGED AND THEY DID NOT APOLOGIZE TO THE CUSTOMER. For that reason, I WILL NOT RETURN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE PLACE AT ALL. Arrived with my wife for the first time for dinner. The three tables at the front needed cleaning. We asked one of the staff if she could wipe down one of the tables before we sat. She spoke to another person behind the counter who then ask us what we wanted. We repeated that the tables needed to be cleaned. With a very terrible disposition, the second person said to sit down and that the tables were clean. I wanted to make sure that she understood what the issue was so I explained. She again told me that they were clean….We left!

The fruit salads are delicious but the customer service is HORRIBLE. My daughter went while 9 months pregnant and she was denied the bathroom because the waitress said she didn’t want to clean it again. It was 9pm and we wanted to sit down and enjoy our fruit salads, and were told that they don’t allow people to sit and eat after 7pm even though they close at 10pm. I bet if they hired better staff they would do so much better.

The weekend I went, the food is good, the service is not so bad, and the atmosphere is a little tense, since the waitresses do not get along, they should fix their problems, to give a more pleasant atmosphere the delicious food.

No wonder the place was almost empty. I just went there the young lady looks like she doesn’t even want to work there. The fruit salad I order I didn’t see her wear any gloves. We order a natural juice my mom asked for ice and the girl sigh and had an attitude. It’s hot outside it only makes sense to add ice on a drink. I don’t see why she got mad it wasn’t a difficult task to put ice. Should’ve went to Monchys next door they make fruit saladas and I think they have fresh juice as well maybe they have better customer service.

If this place has a Colombian cook, I would be highly surprised. I have never had such a terrible Piccada. Just how do you screw up Piccada? Well, first you chop the meat so miniscule that it looks like tender vittels for the cat. Not to mention the small portion. We went home and ate after. Don’t go!!! Terrible.

Pesimo servicio , la mesera agarra el ice cream con la mano le dije q ya no queria pq deberia usar guantes y no me quiso devolver el dinero . Service is horrible, waitress doesnt use gloves and was grabbing the ice cream with her hands i though it was wrong she should have use gloves and she refused to give me my money back.
