Great location! This is my second time coming here for a chile relleno, and while I’m used to a different kind of sauce, it still hit the spot . The rice and beans were flavorful — which says a lot, since that’s usually what I judge the hardest on!
Unfortunately, my agua de tamarindo was a bit of a letdown it tasted watered down and generic. I’d definitely recommend tweaking the recipe for that one or stop serving it because it was not good

Parking is limited, but it’s a quick in-and-out spot, and they were very busy, which is always a good sign!

Stopped in and asked for something really spicy. Was told the fajitas could be made very spicy, so I ordered the beef ones. Finally, something with some kick! Not the hottest, but plenty of heat with great flavor! I’ll be back.

2026 update: As promised, I went back! I had the Meat Lovers Burrito. Diced ham, bacon, and what I think was chorizo. Along with egg, cheese, and some potato. The thing was HUGE and must have been at least 1 lb of food. The salsa that was provided with it had great flavor. The green salsa had a nice kick to it. Price was very fair at just over $12.

If you are lucky enough to snag a parking spot, definitely come here to eat! We had a carne asada burrito and fish burrito straight after landing at the airport. Both were delightful. The red sauce is a personal favorite. Churros as well? Why not! Come hungry, leave happy.

Authentic!! Best Taco shop in San Diego, hands down!! Shoot the best ever in the United States! Man the quality of meat they serve is amazing! Every time I go, all I get is the CarneAsada tacos! Big tacos! Their green salsa is super yummy! I could eat here every day if my wallet can handle it! The ladies that work there are really nice and cool! I enjoy seeing them! I would highly recommend stopping by this place when you are in town!

Pretty decent tacos at a spot very close to airport car rental return, and close to gas stations. This area doesn’t seem to have a lot of good food options, but this is a nice spot.

The chimechanga was good with carne Asada. The outdoor seating atmosphere was contributed to by the interstate. The staff was polite and helpful. The food was great. Easy to get to walk from the holiday inn express nearby.
