It’s my first time having Mexican fast food at Chipotle. I would prefer a mixed bowl like this with choice of meats and veggies, a taco/burrito making right in front of the customer

The server was horrible. I ordered a salad and he started with 1 pinch of salad mix and a half spoon of rice which I immediately mentioned to him. the chicken is where i got upset. The portion sizes were not what they should be, nor did he follow directions well. My issue resulted in me having a very serious conversation with the manager to have my food made correctly. My pics show the food that was originally made and the food I got after speaking with the manager.

First impressions always leaves a great remark however walking into this establishment I saw no one catering to the needs of the lobby area where people sit and eat. The floor wasn’t swept. The tables were filthy. It was hot and it wasn’t the best fresh food smell you’d usually exact walking in. The parking for was cool. The cashier would be speaking to the guests next in line instead of finishing up with the guest who needed to be packed and finished first. The line staff were good. Otherwise the food was the food was good. If I wasnt pressed for time and wanted to sit and eat it, I would have definitely chosen another restaurant.

Never in my lifetime have i heard of not being able to cancel an order or refund I will never eat or use chipotle again. I was hung up on and then called back transfer to a store who he told me drive 45 mins to come get cash for my order but they refuse to cancel. The order was sent to the wrong location but not one person wanted to help or simply cancel the order or refund me I would have to be charge twice before I would be refunded absolutely ridiculous

I love to come to the chipotle to eat because it’s never really crowded like most locations. They staff is always friendly and the place is always clean. But, to my dismay, I ate it yesterday and the lettuce taste like dirt (literally). As if they weren’t washed off before serving them. Had to waste my food yesterday. So today I went back and just decided no lettuce. Got home, added the salad dressing and started to mix and eat. Took my first bite, and what do I get in my mouth…plastic . I most definitely will be in there tomorrow to get my money back for my meal in its entirety. This is unacceptable. Y’all gotta do better.

Avoid ordering online!! If you give them the chance, they will get your order wrong. On my most recent order they substituted corn for the sour cream I chose. My bowl was dry af and cold by the time it took to pick that sh*t out. This keeps happening. I should know better by now.

This restaurant quality has gone DOWN! They barely give any meat, and the fajita veggies are barely cooked. Don’t get my started on the quantity of dressing in the cup (the amount is getting less and less). My desire to eat at this location is null. Figured I’d give them one more try, but I’m not satisfied nor content with this meal. Such a waste of money.

I went to the Chipotle @ 9141 ALAKING CT, Capitol Heights MD on Septemeber 3, 2025 for lunch. I order the Sofritas bowl and always request very little rice, a few beans, tomatoes, corn and lettuce, so I never have a huge bowl. On this particular day, the Sofritas was EXTREMELY SPICY, I tried to eat it but stopped because I just was not enjoying the meal. I went to the counter to ask for something else since my food was Spicier than I like. Gloria Bonilla just looked at me and walked back and forth a few minutes and then went to get Leonel Garcia. I explained my issue to him and he said you ate half the food I can’t do anything for you. I told him I only had a few bites, my bowl was very small because I requested it be made with a little of everything, he said there was nothing he could do. I initially only wanted to get something else, because I was suffering trying to eat that spicy food. I only wanted a refund after such rude service from Leonel Garcia and Gloria Bonilla. Mr..Garcia said we dont make the Sofritas here, it comes packaged. That still does not mean it was not too spicy. I requested a refund and he still refused. I have spent plenty of money in this particular Chipotle. I will never step foot in that place again. Where has the customer service gone. How can you take my hard earned money and refuse to correct an issue I had with my food. No exchange and no refund! Stay away for this particular Chipotle! 9141 Ala King CT, Capitol Heights MD 20743
