First I’d like to apologize for the half eaten food in the photos. This food was delicious. Shredded beef chimichangas, beans and rice are very good. I’d pass on the chips and salsa next time. Chips lacked salt for me and I just wasn’t a huge fan of the salsa. Hubby had the enchiladas supreme which he enjoyed as well. We will definitely be back.

We were out of town for a sports event and chose this restaurant based off the good reviews. Unfortunately, it did not live up to the reviews. The service was great- prompt and friendly. We were the only people in the restaurant. The music was very loud. The food was just ok. The salsa was like a tomato puree and the cheese dip was gritty. One of my children got the fajitas. There was more onions and peppers than meat. It was served with guacamole which was good. The pico de gallo was good also. My husband and our other child got the ultimate burrito and they said it was pretty good but had a lot of rice and beans as a filler. My husband also got the 22oz margarita but it was not 22oz, more like 12oz. I got the taco salad and a hard taco. The salad was a little on the small side but it tasted okay. Overall, not a good value for the money. I don’t think we would go again.

Had a great lunch! The food tasted wonderful, and our server was very attentive and kind. Pleasant atmosphere, food came out quickly, and prices were reasonable! Exactly what we were looking for! Got the quesadilla deluxe and the fajita nachos!

There Tacos were liked by all of us. They’ve customized to vegetarian tacos, quesadilla on request.
Only chips did not reach our expectations.
Rest all the food we ordered tasted good.
Quesadilla – 5/5
Tacos – 5/5
Chips – 1/5
Chipotle chicken – 4/5

Las 3 Marias is the newest restaurant to open in Mount Jackson, taking over a location that’s seen a few different names and owners (this is the third restaurant and fourth ownership in the same spot).
Having only been open for a few weeks, it’s understandable that there are some early growing pains. During my visit, the ground beef in my taco was served at room temperature, and the sauce packed more heat than I expected—something to keep in mind if you’re sensitive to spice. Additionally, the rice wasn’t the traditional Spanish or Mexican-style rice many might expect from a Mexican restaurant.
That said, there’s real potential here. The flavors are bold, and there’s clearly effort being put into creating something new for the community. I genuinely hope Las 3 Marias continues to refine their menu and operations—because Mount Jackson could definitely benefit from more dining options.
Overall, I do recommend giving them a try and supporting a new local spot as they find their footing.

My family and I were finally able to try and WOW! The food was delicious! We ordered the fajitas tropical and brilla tacos it was so flavorful and good that we decided to order again the next day and it was even more delicious. The serving amount was great, just the right amount of meat and peppers. We ordered pickup through their app and it was done in about 20 mins and still very hot when I got it home. I can’t believe I waited so long to try this restaurant. Definitely recommend! Such a great place for little old Mt. Jackson.

Incredible food and prices! Service was friendly and fast as well. We had the queso y chorizo, fajita nachos, beef soft taco for mid, and carnitas plate. Muchas gracias! Highly recommend and wish we had a place like this close to us in NOVA

I was traveling in my Sprinter Van, did a Google search for restaurants near me at lunch time and found this Mexican restaurant – so I decided to give it a try.
WOW. Am I glad I did. My girlfriend and I sat on the patio and they let me bring my little cockapoo out there to sit with us. The food was great and very authentic. Our waiter was beyond nice and a very attentive server. He was even patient with me using my Spanish the best I could, and spoke excellent English with my girlfriend.
All of the food had wonderful flavor, the salsa was not too hot, and there was plenty to eat. I found the prices to be very reasonable.
If you get the chance, stop by. You won’t regret it!

Ordered take out. Got a burrito, which I picked chicken and got steak. My wife got birria tacos which were 3 and very small. Also got fajita tacos. 50 bucks for food. The taste was good but portion size for everything was a joke for that kind of money. Wouldn’t go here again or get take out.

Got the chorizo queso. You need a spoon to eat it like a soup! That was the consistency. Husband’s tacos were warm. Pretty sure they microwaved the meat. I got the mt Jackson. Salty! But if you can handle that it was pretty good. I got the cheese sauce on the side. Glad I did, it was very thin, again like soup!
