He is well known nationally for his multiple appearances on celebrity chef competition shows on The Food Network, including “Alex vs. America” (Beef Battle Champion 2022), “Guy’s Grocery Games” (Ultimate Beef Battle Champion 2018; Ultimate Protein Battle Appearance 2019), and “Cheap Eats” (Appearance 2021). Loved this place! The food was excellent and served piping hot. The cocktails were creative and yet still had liquor present. We sat at the tiny bar and had a quiet date night. Perfect for our late Valentine’s celebration. The bartender was very knowledgeable and full of suggestions since it was our first visit. We will definitely be back to try out more of the menu.

After months of wanting to drive 5 hours to come to Birdie’s, we went there yesterday to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary. We started with drinks-old fashioned and dragon slayer and both were great! Next, we had beef tartar and sweet potato burata. Both were absolutely delicious. We were still enjoying our appetizers when our main courses came and on a small table, it was a lot. But, those cheesy corn scallops were magnifico. My husband had the short ribs. They were cooked perfectly and were very good but we’re missing a touch of salt we thought. Then, the restaurant gifted us dessert and we had the black sesame creme brulee. It was so good. The flavor was subtle and it wasn’t too sweet. What a great experience. I was only sad the chef wasn’t in while we were there.

We came here for a parents night out & I was throughly impressed! Sat at the bar & for to chat with our guy Tony! Everything was phenomenal! Best Brussel sprouts I’ve ever had! Scallops were so flavorful! Filet was juicy and yummy!

The ambiance is nice. The service is great. The food is a hit or miss.
Brussels Sprouts – It’s cooked perfectly. It tastes great but you can’t eat too much because the sauce gets a little too sweet after a while.
Tater tots – this was great and easy to snack on.
Sticky Ribs – It was nicely presented. I had high hopes because of all the positive reviews. I did not have the same experience. The ribs were tough and dry.
Prime Strip – It was sliced, came with three tasty sauces, cooked perfectly but still slightly tough. It comes with lettuce so that you can make lettuce wraps. It’s a fun experience.
Banana pudding – it was good. Just enough sweetness with a hint of saltiness.
Black sesame crème brûlée – It was good but could have been great. You don’t get much in the shallow ramekin. It’s also served warm which I didn’t care for it because of that.

Excellent crispy “sticky spicy ribs” with nice tender pork. Some of the best I’ve had!

Kimchi Pancake was nice and crispy and had great flavor and sauce.

Small but quality menu selection with small and large size menu options.

Will be back sometime to try something else on the menu.

My wife and I came here for our 20th wedding anniversary for the first time, and we were very much impressed and appreciative of the food and staff!! When they brought us to our table it was nice that they greeted us with Happy Anniversary and gave us a card signed by the staff! Was very sweet! Then when our waitress came over I Believe her name is Kellie and she was just a sweet person was very understanding and answered questions and knew how to answer them! now to the food it was very yummy. We ordered the salad, sticky spicy ribs, spicy rice cakes and the wagyu steak and everything we ate was so yummy and the sweetest part was we got dessert on behalf of the restaurant!!! We are very thankful!! We will definitely be making this place our go to date night spot!

I’ve been a fan of Kevin Lee for a while, so my expectations fit this restaurant were pretty high. I’m so happy to say that those expectations were wildly exceeded. The food was so amazing that I just had to have a moment when I tasted each new dish.

The bibimpap is a must have, and the marinated Wagyu short rib was simply marvelous.

All of this was underscored by the lovely service from Daijah, who was wonderful. 1000/1000.
