Cheese curds are lightly battered and lightly fried. Perfectly melted cheese inside. Very nicely done.

Came here for a team dinner. Our server was amazing. She was funny and she really knew the menu. Drinks came out fast. And she even rushed some fish tacos for one of my teammates who had to leave early.
The carne asada was amazing properly cooked and tender. The chimchuri was incredibly good.

I cannot say enough nice things about this restaurant. The food quality is awesome and the service is exceptional. Their carne asada is something I highly recommend. I would fly all the way from New Jersey for just that! They have a number of gluten-free options which is always great. I ate dinner here on two days and on both occasions my server was Ashlea. Her service (with a smile) is incredible. She is very knowledgeable about ingredients in the menu and can advise on the right choice of items and drinks. She is extremely efficient–always on her toes–and is a true asset to the business. Ashlea made my dining experience a pleasure. Thank you!

We had a group of six and a child eat at LARS for dinner and breakfast, and both times we had Brook as our server. Brook went above and beyond for our group. Always checking to make sure that we had everything that we needed, and we were always well taken care of. For dinner, we had a birthday that we were celebrating, and Brook surprised her with cake and ice cream. For breakfast, he knew we were about to drive home, and he made sure the kids had to go snacks and juices for the ride. Food was great, but service was exceptional. Will definitely back!

It was nice enough, but *very* difficult to find, tucked into the Renaissance Hotel and without a single sign outdoors. We sat in the bar, but it wasn’t as conversation-friendly as I hoped with sports on 3 screens. The food was fine, but the service wasn’t timely or attentive.

LARS was buzzing…on a Monday night, even! We went in with low expectations, but this was a revelation. When staff are genuinely welcoming and glad you are there, it makes a huge difference. Two gracious, hard-working women managed everything superbly. Drinks were solid. Garden salad and wild rice soup good. Short ribs over pappardelle great. An altogether wonderful experience.

service was good. Took a bit to get my wife’s drink but we appreciated them making her a strawberry margarita. The ambiance is decent but it’s rather loud and you feel like your eating dinner with all the other tables. The empanadas had ok flavor but were really greasy. wild rice soup had no flavor. Chicken sandwich was burnt, lacked flavor and the bread was extra dry. fries were good but how do you really mess up frozen fries. bartender Vickie was pretty friendly and made sure our drinks were on point to take back to our room… as a food critic I dunno that I would ever come back to this restaurant. also find it rather odd you don’t have a cocktail menu.
