Food was pretty good, the soup was okay, and the salad was a bit small. Home made rolls were a nice touch. Atmosphere was fantastic, clean restaurant, fantastic view of downtown Batavia, and VERY friendly wait staff. In fact, the entire restaurant was well staffed, which is good and I saw the owner around a lot, which is even better.. In addition, I was surprised by the cloth napkin and the silverware, very nice touch I must say… and the Dave Matthews Band playlist, made the whole time even better. What the food lacked in taste, the restaurant made up in aesthetics. I recommend the salad over the steak unfortunately. My rare was more of a medium. A little pricey too. Still, I would recommend!
