This Chick-fil-A location is terrible. I’ve been a signature member for years and love the other locations in town. My favorite is the one on Sherwood. I’ve been to a ton of Chick-Fil-A’s because it’s our kids favorite food. Even the ones in Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Wichita, Rockwall, Rowlett , ECT are all much better than this one. This is honestly the worst one I’ve ever been to in my entire life. This one is SLOW, like slower than molasses slow and they aren’t friendly like the other locations. They seem miserable like they are working at McDonald’s. They also ALWAYS forget my straws and sauce. I’ll just stick to the other locations. You can see in the pic they gave us one straw for 6 drinks. Thankfully, I have four kiddos so I always have straws at home, but that don’t help when you are out.

This has to be the worst Chick-Fil-A I have ever encountered! We have ordered delivery, just to have to call back twice, hours apart to see where our food was. Then, when we got it, it’s cold. We are literally not even 2 miles from the store. I stood outside, and watched the delivery car drive past our place, when we were told they were on their way with our food. Don’t even try to ask for a refund when you get hours old food that is cold and disgusting! The manager will offer you a free delivery on your next purchase. It’s a joke, right?? There will be NO next purchase. And why do they think they get to keep your money when all the food got thrown away? Once we saw it was cold, we were not going to chance getting sick. Again, AVOID this store at ALL costs!!!!!!!!!!! You will be robbed of your money one way or another!!!

I decided to update my review… they complimented my dress today. So, we’re pretty square now. I still recommend take out vs mobile thru… but thats also so you can receive uplifting compliments as well. Good day.
I sat in the mobile thru for 18 minutes. No one came to let me know what was going on, or to at least have me park so the people behind me, who already received their order, could go ahead and leave. They were waiting on biscuits, which is totally fine… but not communicating to the customer is not OK. The phone call with the manager was even more unhelpful… Which I’m not even mad, but feel bad for the employees. It is clear they have not been trained properly, and that puts them in a bad position to deal with customers. They did offer me some free rewards… but then didnt proceed to take my info, lol. Anyway, almost 20 minutes in a restaurant fast or sit down with no communication is wild.

I eat at chick fil As a LOT, and hands down this l location is the best! Not just in San Angelo, but in all of Texas! You wouldn’t think there would be much difference between any two chick fillets, but there absolutely is. I LOVE this location, the food and the people!

We placed a mobile order. There was an issue and I was asked to go around. I came through the second time and was told to go around again. I gave a 3 star in service, one for the manager and 5 for the employee who made sure that I didn’t have to go around again and got my daughter’s food. This was the first time that I have EVER waited 20 minutes for food at a Chick-fil-A.

Bryant chicfila is not only the worst Chicfila in town but the worst that I have ever been to. I never thought i would have to wait 10-15 minutes at a Chicfila but At Bryant it is every time. Multiple times they have forgot my condiments or just out right completely got my meal wrong. The last several times I have gone they have not mixed my cherry berry lemonade at all or my girlfriend’s peppermint Iced coffee. Both drinks were awful when they are typically amazing at other chicfilas. This morning When I got my food brought to me There was no “Hi good morning” just a “here” and walked away,And it was a manager….I love chicfila and I eat there multiple times a week. I go there not only because the food and service are great, but because they are welcoming, loving people. At this chicfila it does not feel that way.This one is closest to my house, but I am now making an effort to go out of my way to elsewhere. I hope this gets fixed. Im not trying to be a karen but after 2 dozen or more visists and nothing has changed this is absolutely ridiculous.At the end of the day the standard is so High because chicfila is the best and that is why I go there.

We have tried this location on multiple occasions because I had heard the family who owned it was such a great family and we wanted to support their business venture. However, every visit we have either had extremely lengthy wait times, milk shakes that were either forgotten entirely or looked like they had been sitting out for 30 minutes prior to our arrival…food missing, and yesterday the young lady in the line asked me if I wanted my change back?? While it was less than a dollar in change, it was just odd to ask, as I was in a Drive through line. I don’t believe I have ever seen the owners there when we have been, but I have spoken to managers and they are not professional nor very apologetic when food was wrong, left out all together etc. Also, often times when inside the staff is on their cell phones and not very attentive…Just makes me sad for the North side and for the Family who owns it. Hope they can improve for Business sakes.

Honestly, I’ve been to this Chick-fil-A quite a bit being that it’s closest to me but every single time I order I get asked to pull forward and I’m there at least 10-15 minutes. This Chick-fil-A is the worst in terms of wait times and only has one single lane for drive-through which is ridiculous which is why the line is so backed up all the damn time. By the time you come here and go through the line and get your food you could’ve already been through the whole line and got your food faster at any of the other locations but here.
