Such a down home field. The food quality is amazing. The price is great. And it taste amazing. I give them an A+. This is where the locals hang out.

I understand this is a local favorite I’ve been in the area for 10 years. I think the only restaurant I actually like in Springfield is the depot. Anyways my omelet was dry the biscuits were thick and heavy. However the breakfast gravy was great. The coffee was not great. The service was excellent the food was timed well I’m just not going to eat there again. This was a one-and-done for me. One more thing the fried zucchini squash whatever that was good….

Staff is sweet as can be. Portions are hearty. However, the food is a bit bland. The mashed taters were instant. If you’re looking for filling and fast, this place has you. If you’re looking for a more flavorable experience, I’d suggest elsewhere. The cherry cobbler was delicious, though.

Went for breakfast, they were packed. It was a tad confusing if we were to sit ourselves or wait to be seated for there was no sign. We found a seat and only waited a short time before our friendly waitress came. The food arrived quickly and it wasn’t too bad. The western omelet had a lot of meat in it but the eggs were so thin. I saw the hash browns and thought they were grits. Thank the goodness they weren’t. They were actually pretty tasty. I wished we’d get more than 1 pancake though. All in all, I would definitely get breakfast there again. When paying, I found the register to be in the most awful location. Seriously, who puts a register right at the food line where all the waiters are picking up the food??

This was a wonderful place to eat for breakfast. Its one of the first places I have ever been that has cooked my eggs perfectly. Pancakes were good and bacon and country ham were great. This place is busy. You seat yourself but it surprisingly didn’t take long. Larry even came to our table to see if everything was good.

First time to Larry’s. When I arrived, the Drive-Thru lane was wrapped around the building. A Good Sign to me.

Julie was a great server. Our first time visiting in many years. I got a BLT with a over medium egg and grits. It was so good. My husband got a western omelet with home fries and he loved it. Looking forward to trying their lunch food. They open at 6 and close at 2. We will definitely be back. You can’t beat the prices.

This restaurant is a seat yourself country diner. I had a Western omelet, home fries and biscuit and gravy. The omelet was big and fluffy and filled to overflowing, just delicious. The home fries were lacking, like square french fries deep fried. But the biscuit and gravy was the star of the meal!!! Buttery, crunchy on the outside light and the inside. And gravy you could eat with a spoon. I now understand the popularity of little Springfield staple!
