I was visiting a friend for Super Bowl weekend and decided to pick up some pizzas from Larry’s pizza. My experience here was great. The lady that took my order, Aulbree, was exceptional. She was polite, professional, polished, and personable all in one. I would rate her customer service a perfect 10!

There was no food at the buffet the whole 30 mins I was there waiting, as soon as one pizza came out somebody grabbed it and brought it to their table. I feel like we could have at least been informed there would be a long wait before we had to pay. We couldn’t get a refund so we just left with nothing.

I just spent $47.67 at Larry’s Pizza in Whitehall. I asked The young lady, if they had buffalo chicken and meat, madness pizza, she said she will get some out. At the time I went to get me a salad. The salad bar was nasty. It was food everywhere. The lettuce was brown and wilted. They were restocking some of the containers, but they did not clean the stuff off of the outside of the bar. They finally bought a meat madness pizza around and it was overcooked. We’re still waiting for buffalo chicken finally the young lady said we could they could not. fix a pizza if it’s some left on the buffet bar. And they were not allowed to throw the old pizza away from the bar so my family member when he got the last two old slices of buffalo chicken we’re still waiting. Finally I went and question the cashier about me spending so much money and still Pizza to eat again she asked what type of pizza did we want again we told her buffalo chicken and this time pepperoni. Finally I got tired of waiting to my family. Let’s go then the lady said oh wait here comes the buffalo chicken now this Process Was over an hour. During this time no one ever came to ask if we wanted to freshen our drinks or nothing.
I was very dissatisfied with the service with the food and the amount of money I paid for the little food that I ate. I will never go again.

My review went from bad to great to TERRIBLE. The pictures of the pizzas were of our “great” dine in experience. Over the past 2 months, my family and I have eaten here 3 times. Our experience has gotten worse each time. Our latest trip we arrived around 1:00 pm for the lunch buffet. All the pizza that was out on the buffet was cold and was definitely sitting there a while. We ate some of the pizzas and ordered 2 pizzas and waited patiently. After about 30 minutes, one of the servers asked if we were waiting on something, and I told her we had ordered 2 different pizzas. She checked and said the girl working the front desk never ordered them for us, but it only took about 7 minutes for them to make it, and they made one then. We did finally get to eat one of the two pizzas. We never saw the 2nd one. At one point in our meal, it was very disturbing when the woman behind us asked if they would make a “fresh” Bavarian cream desert pizza. The same server came back later with a heated up pizza that I watched for more than 1 hour on the buffet table. The woman who requested it asked if it was a fresh pizza? The server said it was on the buffet table, and she heated it up for her. We always like to end our meal with a few slices of bavarian cream pizza, but after witnessing this, we left and were dissatisfied with how our dine in experience turned out. We were very dissatisfied and will NOT be going back anytime soon!☹️

The buffet IS NOT a buffet. I’m STILL hungry, my kids stomachs hurt, my daughter found a huge broken piece of plastic in her salad. They refused to give us a refund OR a whole pizza. Won’t be going back there again. EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

I paid $42 for the buffet but it was empty when we went and sat down and it remained empty the entire 30 minutes we were there. Asked for refund but was denied. The lady at the front counter could have informed us that there wasn’t any pizza out before I paid.

We order from a young man, we asked for our pizza to be crispy. Also ordered cheese stixs. The pizza was so burnt I could taste the cheese, meat or veggies. My brothers was burnt too. The cheese Stix so burn they were black on top. Sent those back. Would of sent the pizzas back but we were starving and our other couple with was already eating theirs non burnt pizza. Have eaten at Larry’s in LR and Bryant and asked for it to be extra crispy. And never got one like this!

Went in expecting to be seated till my wife arrived. Was told I couldn’t even have a seat till I ordered and paid. Trash all over the floor and food on tables across the whole establishment. Will not be coming back and they should look at the Larry’s Pizza in East End to learn how it should be ran.
Edit response to Larry’s Pizza: I came in at 630 in the evening so I obviously wasn’t at your buffet…When I go to the Larry’s in East End I’m greeted, walked to a table and given a menu as soon as I walk in. I walked in your establishment And got stared at until I asked if I was going to be seated. Then I got a stark response “when you pay”… When my wife arrived I ordered then got told to sit wherever. Once my order came out it was put on the table and the server just walked off. No plates, no silverware, no anything. This establishment is a joke compared to the others as I would have likely got better service at McDonald’s.
