When did they start making their burritos so tiny??! The one I got today was about half the size it normally is. I haven’t been there in awhile but I was so confused when I opened my bag and saw the small burritos. Definitely not worth 12 for a Taco Bell’s bean and cheese size burrito!

The food was good and hot. The service was fast and great. The cashier was friendly and polite. The place needed a round of cleanup so bad, napkins and food just everywhere. The kitchen from our view point was an absolute disaster. Why put a clean cutting board on a filthy food filled counter? Yes, I’ve worked in the kitchen… Clean your base guys. The selection of tea and lemonade is wonderful. Love the outdoor seating.

Usually understaffed, but that’s of no fault to the teenagers working there. I did a mobile order and was about 2 minutes early, they had not even started it. I think maybe this upset the workers and came off as pushy because they ignored me when I went back up to the register for the bathroom code… which was kinda frustrating. I got my food and didn’t have straws, napkins, or silverware but then again I think they didn’t like me. Food was good and correct, so no comments there, and I just went back inside and got straws.

We stopped here at the Happy Valley location this evening about an hour and a half before regular closing time. Closing time on the door said 10 pm, and we came in at about 8:30pm. We ordered our food to go because staff was putting the chairs on top of tables as if they didn’t want customers using them. I ordered a chicken burrito with white rice, my wife picked up a chicken bowl with white rice and my daughter ordered a chicken bowl with brown rice. Normally I enjoy Chipotle’s food but today I have to say I was very disappointed. They were out of several things and the staff treated us like we were an inconvenience to them. We didn’t understand why they weren’t making more food instead of just leaving the item trays empty. Also the place was a mess, the drink station looked like drinks had been spilled all over and no one was cleaning up. My wife initially wanted a salad but was told they were out of lettuce so she went with the chicken bowl instead. We took our food and opted to eat at home since it appeared they didn’t want us to eat at the restaurant. Once home I found that my burrito had almost no chicken and the rice was hard and uncooked. My wife had the same experience with the rice in her bowl. My daughter said hers was ok but she had opted for the brown rice. I should have checked the reviews for this place before stopping here. Hopefully this saves someone else the headache. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.

For the area it’s in it’s ridiculously unsanitary and dirty. All the tables were dirty with trash and left overs, the trash bins were overfilled to the point the trash was on the floor. I went in to pick up an online order only for it to be completely wrong. I wish I had taken photos

We came in for the thanksgiving bogo, it was supposed to be from 4 pm -closing. The workers denied the bogo deal and said it was from 4pm till 8 pm. We called other chipotles and they all said that they still offer the bogo deal till closing (11pm) .

Chicken needed salt, the rice was clumpy, lettuce had brown spots, the chips were stale, and the guac wasnt stirred. I love chipotle but i do not recommend this location in Happy Valley next to the Fred Myers. Trash was over flowing, kitchen was a mess, no supplies (napkins, straws, etc.)… employees looked over worked and tired. Someone needs to take control.
