We have been ordering from this LaRosa’s for over 20 years and now they won’t deliver after 5pm. I live in the Camp Washington area by the way. We would order at least once a month for delivery spending around $50 every time. So do the math that’s about $600 a year. Bye bye LaRosa’s of Queensgate been nice knowing you.

This is my go to LaRosa’s in the city. Mike Wilson and his staff are always A++++ . I’m a vegetarian with a lot of requests (well done crust , square cut, etc etc) and they are always on point with everything that they make for me. Something about this location and their ingredients just hits harder and they’re doing it right. I really appreciate this location in the extremely friendly and smiling staff. This LaRosa’s makes me love pizza and this city of Cincy that much more.

I would like to Thank Mr. Chad at the Queensgate location, this is my favorite place to visit! All of the staff are so polite and respectful, but he is indeed one of a kind! I let him know I am a friend of Mr. Larosas and he needs to know how amazing his staff truly is. I feel like I’m a part of the family and there is nothing better than Larosas!!! Mr. Mike we see you all doing amazing things!! Also they know my order every time I visit I feel so special!! Keep up the Amazing work guys I see great things on the horizon for you all!!!

I always ordered pizza here. I moved to downtown Cincinnati & called to order. I was advised that my address wasn’t coming up because they had problems at my building. But I was told that I could look online & call back. I did. But I was told that what I wanted was only available online?? But I cant order online? The guy was not helpful, not friendly & basically told me that its ok if I never did business with them again & refused to allow me to speak with a manager. I filed a bbb complaint and they refused to speak to them as well. Service sucks. Prices over the top & now no ownership. I cant seem to post a picture for some reason but I have proof!

We were visiting from out of town. We went to the Reds baseball game. There was a Larosa’s promotion. The salad and pizza were delicious. The personal size was just enough and you could have it the way you like it.

A dirty human nail found on my rondo , the only response I got from customer service through LaRosa’s is , these things happen . This is unexceptionable, apparently no gloves nor hand washing is taking place in this store .

Order the food you see here & it only took 15 minutes. Rondos is the spinach & cheese roll with marinara sauce, and basically a medium supreme pizza without sausage and pepperoni. The food was decent enough 2 recommend 2 others…
