Husband and I dined here a few nights ago and it’s one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. We had a wonderful server! He was very helpful with mocktail recommendations and wine pairings. Our food was amazing! Best ratatouille I’ve ever had in my life! Sad it was a destination experience so I can’t enjoy it frequently. Our server was very attentive and our food was prepared to exact liking. View was fantastic and we were seated on time. I would highly recommend when in Vegas!

We were offered an upgrade to window seating if we moved our reservation up an hour and we jumped at it. We were able to watch the sunset over the strip and the Bellagio kick off it’s fountains. The restaurant is beautiful, the service above amazing! They cleared and brought dishes and drinks like a well choreographed dance. We adored our waitress! (wish I could remember her name). The food was delicious, great portion size and well worth the money. Beautiful fine dining experience and 100X better than the experience we had the night before at Vanderpumps. Will def. be back!!

I spent the day before my birthday here with my friend Lauren, and honestly? She could not have picked a more perfect setting. We were seated overlooking both the Bellagio fountains and the glowing Paris sign — it felt cinematic, romantic, and celebratory all at once. The kind of view that makes you pause mid-conversation just to take it in.
The ribeye was juicy, flavorful, and cooked exactly right — tender with that perfect sear. I’m still thinking about it. And the potato pancakes (I’m blanking on the official name, but you’ll know them when you see them) were absolutely delicious — crispy on the outside, soft and savory inside. Comfort meets elegance.
The tuna tartare? Amazingly fresh. Light, clean, beautifully balanced. Every bite felt intentional.
Service was warm, polished, and attentive without hovering — exactly what you want when you’re celebrating something special.
This was the perfect pre-birthday dinner and absolutely set the tone for my trip. I will 100% be returning on my next visit to Vegas. If you want views, ambiance, and food that lives up to the setting — this is it.

We recently made reservations to have our anniversary dinner hoping that the food was going to be just ok but OMG it was delicious!! For starters we ordered the sea scallops which were very flavorful. We were a bit disappointed with the portion but hey it was worth it. For main course I ordered the rack of lamb and my husband got the beef Wellington. Can’t really say much about what my husband got, but the rack of lamb was amazing. Buttery soft to the cut and full of flavor!! for sides we ordered potatos and wild mushrooms. The total price of our dinner plus two drinks was about $290. Even though we didn’t sit by the windows we still got an amazing view. The atmosphere was also very nice. This restaurant exceeded my expectations and will definitely come back here.

This is more than a nice meal, it was an experience!! We sat near the window overlooking the Bellagio water fountain. Jeff and Tad were superb. Jeff was thorough with the menu, allowed us to ask for recommendations and made our experience memorable. Tad was the kindest server and genuinely enjoys serving others. We dirtied the tablecloth and we apologized, he said that’s ok, it guarantees me a job. The food was terrific! We had Lobster Benedict, Pancake Soufflé, Burger and Flat Iron Steak along with crème brûlée and chocolate chip cookie soufflé. We enjoyed table side mimosas – fresh squeezed orange juice! Brunch was a flat fee per person and included appetizer, entree and dessert. It’s rare when the experience and food exceed expectations and The Eiffel Tower did!

Eiffel Tower Restaurant was an incredible experience on February 7, 2026. The restaurant itself is beautiful, elegant without feeling stiff, and the view is honestly hard to beat. We made the effort to request a window table facing the Bellagio fountains and timed our reservation for sunset, which made the whole evening feel really special.
Our server Trevor was outstanding. His level of attention and service was beyond anything we expected. He was professional, warm, and completely on top of every detail without ever hovering. You can tell he takes real pride in what he does, and it elevated the entire night.
The pacing of the meal was perfect, the atmosphere was romantic but still relaxed, and the setting overlooking the Strip as it transitioned from daylight to night was just stunning.
My boyfriend and I were in town to see Def Leppard at the Colosseum, and starting the evening here set the tone for the whole night. It turned a fun night into a memorable one. This is absolutely a place I would come back to for another special occasion.

The suckling dessert wasn’t as good as it’s hyped up to be. We waited about 30 minutes, and when it arrived it looked careless and wasn’t fully cooked inside, which was disappointing.
The prices are what you’d expect for Las Vegas — there’s clearly a theme and you’re paying for the atmosphere. But aside from the ambiance, there isn’t really any dish that will blow your mind. Overall, it didn’t live up to the expectations.

Celebrated my birthday here after seeing Wizard of Oz at the Sphere and it was such a wonderful experiance. Our table had a fabulous view and our waitress was fantastic. The food was incredible! We tried the bread service, braised short ribs, Ratatouille, and chocolate souffle. Definitely recommend having a meal here when in Las Vegas.
