Consistently increasing prices, inconsistent quality, shrinking portions, and now delivery only available through DoorDash have led me to the difficult decision to no longer patronize LaRosa’s after 35 years of warm memories. The LaRosa family has lost sight of the emotional wealth generated from a family sharing a meal. Many families struggle while the LaRosa family prospers.

I am not sure why the counter person seemed to be so mad. I approached with a smile, had no complaints and even said have a nice day. Even though, I was meet with what I can only describe as resentment for ordering food. I will not return to this location.

#UseMyPictureLaRosas Vegan options with no soy. I also eat meat and just a pepperoni pizza is great. Did the Buddy pass and get a buy one large pizza and get another large pizza for free.

A takeaway/delivery-only location. Walked in and placed an order then waited in the car until it was ready. The rondos were over-cooked but the antipasta salad was well put together. Staff were friendly. Will go there again.

LaRosa’s is a chain pizza restaurant that taste like a specialty pizza shop. Insanely delicious!! Im from TN where we dont have LaRosas and i tried it while visiting Cincinnati for an internship…craved it for the last 11 weeks i had been gone. Got lucky to come baxk to Cincy for some training and SO WORTH THE WAIT!!!

The service at this establishment is notably slow. It appears that there are more delivery personnel than kitchen staff present. Additionally, the individual at the front desk also assists in the kitchen, which raises concerns regarding sanitation. I placed an order over the phone that was expected to take 15 minutes to prepare; however, I ended up waiting 45 minutes for the order to be completed, and it was not served warm.

Not sure about the dining in atmosphere but the pickup area is nice & the food is good (slightly above average).
The Larosa’s company, as a whole, is still consistently in our top 4 favorite pizza places.
But over the last 5-10yrs, weekly visits have dwindled to monthly visits mostly due to a decline in taste, some undercooking issues (not at this location as of yet) & a few other random issues that have led to no longer justifying the continuation of, & even increasing in some aspects, typical Larosa’s elitist ego pricing & their sparse coupon or deal offerings. And I’m still not sure exactly what the “rewards” program is or offers cause barely ever even get e-mails about decent promotions & have no point redemption options or credits ever.

To be fair, some issues like the increasingly frustrating instances of undercooked food & conveniently missing paid add-ons (extra cheese, sauces etc.) from way too many restaurants is about to become a pandemic itself. Like how is it that the cooking time for the same item that’s been sold for decades has somehow changed so drastically that it’s hard to avoid under- or overcooking it? Take note on those limp fries McDonald’s.

While some haven’t noticed a drastic change in the taste of the pizza sauce, I feel it has declined sometime in the past few years. And we consistently pay for extra sauce cups that we never end up getting but who’s going to waste 10 minutes each time just to get $1 back?

Hopefully, some constructive criticism now will make it more likely that we’ll still be eating Larosa’s for a long time to come.
