Horribly slow service, did not get our orders right, everything was cold. We stayed but watched a number of people walk out the door frustrated. They would not take orders at the counter. You had to use the kiosk. Just a really bad experience all the way around and to top it off the employees were outright rude. Very sad this is not reflective of all A&W’s only this one.

I went to a&w today got me a mini corndog nugget meal with a root beer float my corndog nuggets were barley warm my rootbeer float tasted sour (like it was bad ice cream) and plus she put 98% of rootbeer then ice cream..as we were waiting in drivethru the lady working it had her headset on talkin/yelling to the coworkers (calling stuff back to be dropped etc) as we were waiting to finish our order. As we were getting our food the lady in drivethru was yelling to the ppl at the store next door.. I am not happy with this service and i was really disappointed mainly over the rootbeer float cause it made me sick to my stomach i was craving it really bad and didn’t get a chance to cause the ice cream was bad… I wont be going back to this location

25 mins to get a cold burnt burger and fries. How is it both cold and burnt and takes 25 minutes? Great question. Gave an extra star because the diet Dr pepper fountain was good. A lot of places get the mix wrong, but this was good.

We arrived thirty minutes before closing time, went inside and we were a little short on our bill and was so embarrassed but the cashier said she’d help out and pulled out of her own pocket a few dollars. Kayleigh was so amazing to us.

Understaffed waiting 15-20min for food, not their fault, but management needs to get their stuff together, almost all tables were not cleaned and the soda bar was also a mess. The service was good and friendly.

I would give 0 stars if I could.. It was evidently clear the foods are fryed in old oil. They didn’t get my order right and didn’t send it all out at the same time. When I went to get my refund the other half of my order was sitting under the head lamp. I paid over 30 bucks only to be told they can’t refund it back in cash! Also the cooks don’t wear gloves
