Customer Service was nice! I came in an hour before closing and I order online. The guy upfront was super nice and was even calm when I another customer came in after me a bit inpatient. He held his calm and provided exceptional service

However, my pizza that I waited for about 35 mins was undercooked, I was highly upset once I got home to see this this LaRosa’s was on the way towards my home after a day of work and even if I went back it wouldn’t have been enough time.

Looked good out the outside but wasn’t inside.

I don’t know what it is about Larosa’s Pizza Kenwood, but it is light years ahead of all the others! The crust is always cooked perfectly, the sauce seems so much better! They just have it figured out. 513 Fence was in the neighborhood, so we decided to stop by Larosa’s Kenwood for lunch. Everything was perfect and delicious, as always..

I used to get larosas at least once a week but haven’t been back in a while because I had consistently been getting sloppy and skimpy pizzas. Decided to give them another shot after not eating there for a couple of months and it seems they they are still steadily going downhill. Paid $25 for a large specialty pizza that was incredibly skimpy on the toppings, yet again disappointed with my food. Customer service was great but that was the only good thing about this visit.

This place was a sit down/takeout. We tried another location, but it was takeout only. The food was really good. Greasy. Had the double pepperoni pizza, hand tossed. Flavorful. The rondos with spinach was really good. I would definitely get those again.
The place was cleaned, but had a smell of sewer. The bathroom was out of everything, so had to go to a local store to use the restroom. We would go to a LaRosa’s again, maybe try a different location.

If we could give this less than one star, we would.

My boyfriend and I went to this LaRosa’s with high expectations (12/19/26), as we have heard several wonderful things in regard to their food. We were visiting from out of town, so this was something we had been looking forward to doing. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very kind woman, a pleasant smelling environment, and were seated very quickly. This made us even more excited about our first-time experience.

As our excitement grew, we decided to splurge and get appetizers, as well as their “2 for $22” deal. We don’t normally splurge on meals unless we are very excited going into a particular food experience.

Our sever, a blonde, middle-aged white lady, walked over to us with no greeting, immediately asking “what can I get you to drink?” We ordered our drinks and looked over the menu. She came with our drinks and asked if we needed more time. We asked if she had any recommendations, as it was our first time visiting. In a very straight tone, she said “everything is good,” offering us no advice or suggestions whatsoever. We kept asking follow-up questions, almost prying a recommendation out of her. We ended up ordering the mozzarella sticks and the five piece oven toasted garlic bread with provolone.

About 10 minutes later, she came back to our table with two baskets containing our appetizers. The mozzarella sticks were good, nothing special and tasted just about as average as the mozzarella sticks we had at a Culver’s two days prior. The biggest issue we noticed upon receiving our appetizers, however, was the garlic bread.

“Oven toasted” was their fancy way of saying a piece of white bread, hardly toasted and soggy, with a piece of provolone cheese microwaved on top. Talk about a waste of $8. We were so disappointed. The 2nd graders I work with could make that. But despite our disappointment, we tried our hardest to keep our heads up.

We had done the “2 for $22” deal, which allowed us to order two medium, two topping pizzas for $22. I ordered pepperoni and sausage with their family recipe pizza sauce and my boyfriend ordered chicken and bacon with their montgomery inn barbecue sauce. Our pizzas came warm, so we were hopeful.

My pepperoni and sausage was good, again nothing special, I’ve had better pizza elsewhere. My boyfriend was not pleased. Nothing wrong with the cook or anything, it just didn’t taste how he wanted. He had already felt pretty bad and tried to eat another slice, but decided that it would probably be best to ask if they could take it off of the bill, as he was just a bit disappointed in the taste. This was when things got rocky.

Our waitress came over and my boyfriend politely asked if there was any way he could have it taken off the bill, as it just didn’t taste the best to him. She stared at him with an almost disgusted expression, acting as if she had cooked that pizza and it was coming out of her paycheck, and long enough to the point where he felt the need to say “I’m so sorry, I just didn’t like it as much as I had hoped.” In a monotone voice, she responded “I will ask,” and walked away. We were shocked!

Overall, she had a very poor attitude and terrible customer service. She was not welcoming, helpful, or respectful the entire time she was helping us. Although we were extremely disappointed with the food, her negative demeanor really threw us off and ruined our experience completely. We have both worked/work customer service jobs and we would never think to treat a customer in that manner.

We will not be returning to LaRosa’s, especially not this one in Kenwood. It is overhyped and below average.

It was a great place to go, with no wait like some of the other overpriced chains in the area. Definitely a family environment with a small town feel. Pizza and sandwiches were done very well, atmosphere was amazing, and the staff was spot on. We didn’t have to wait much and I got to color, as an adult, after a long day at the park. I would definitely recommend

I would like to start off by saying, I never ever go out of my way to leave bad reviews on places. However, mine and my boyfriend’s experience at this LaRosa’s needed to be shared.

We went to Pinot’s Palette across the street for date night. We were going to try and go to the Cheesecake Factory, but we both agreed that LaRosa’s sounded better.

We walked in at around 7:30, it wasn’t busy whatsoever. It was us and 3 other parties in the whole restaurant. We walk up to the host stand and weren’t greeted by anyone. There was no host, and we waited for about 8 minutes before someone had even said anything to us.

A man walks out of the kitchen and asks “two?” (as in how many in our party). We both replied with “Yes please”. The man grabs 2 menus, no silverware, and takes us to a table that is very obviously still dirty. He sits the menus on the table and just keeps walking. I said “Thank you!”. No reply, he didn’t even turn around to acknowledge what I said. Just went straight back to the kitchen. There were chunks of red onion that we had to wipe off ourselves, and with our hands because we were not given a napkin that comes with the silverware. (Mind you, the entire time we ate we were not given any silverware, but did get napkins when we got our food.)

We sit down for a moment, and then I went to the restroom. When I walked in, I literally had to stand there for a second because I was so grossed out. There was ALL KINDS of paper towels and toilet paper all over the floor. There was chunks of pizza sauce on the hand soap dispenser, on the part you have to push to get the soap out. There was hair and pizza sauce all over the sink, the trash can was overflowing with stuff. On top of all of it, there was no paper towels left in the dispenser. I was debating on going to the men’s room instead because of how nasty it was.

After I went back to the table, we were greeted by our server. T was her name, she was great the whole time. She asked what drinks we wanted and asked if we wanted to go ahead and put in our order. My boyfriend ordered a small cheese pizza and 5 boneless buffalo wings. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza.

We got our food pretty fast, and our pizzas were great. However, his wings were awful. I wish I would have taken a picture because they were terrible. I was honestly kind of surprised our waitress even brought them out. They were burnt brown and had barely any sauce on them. When he took a bite, it literally crunched as if he was biting into a chip. He only ate one whole wing, only because he was paying for them and didn’t want to waste. We both hate asking to send things back and be overly needy towards servers, so we didn’t say anything because we didn’t want to be rude. We also didn’t want to be crappy and ask for it to be taken off the bill, but I think it should have been if we did ask, without question.

Like I said, our waitress was great. She kept checking on us, grabbing refills, and was very sweet. We left a 20% tip because we knew none of the issues we had were her fault.

As we were walking out, the walkway between the tables was absolutely filthy. As a former hostess, this floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in days. There was whole olives and lettuce, pizza sauce, napkins, parmesan crumbs, etc. There was nobody attempting to sweep or anything. If the restaurant was busy, I would completely understand and not complain. However, by the time we left, there was one other table still sitting and one person at the pickup counter.

My boyfriend and I were disappointed because we love LaRosa’s and eat at our local ones all the time. Our experience was definitely not up to par with the bare minimum of how a sit-down restaurant should be. This was quite possibly the dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever been to and would not come back.

My girlfriend and I visited this LaRosa’s on Sunday, October 19th at 5:30 and decided to leave before ordering because of the discourteous behavior of the woman seating customers. She was a blonde middle-aged staff member and made our presence seem like a major inconvenience. She said to follow her back for seating, said “let me see if any seating is available” (the place was empty), said the wait was 6 minutes (without directing us to any seating), and left us perplexed as she continued serving other customers and ignoring us. We decided that her rude behavior warranted us to leave as we didn’t want to pay for the inappropriate service.

Next time I’m going to Blue Ash LaRosa’s. They can’t seem to figure out how to not overcook.

Let me start off by saying I love Larosas but I ordered from the Kenwood location and ordered the wings, my wings were not fully cooked so I took them back and the manager with an attitude had the nerve to say that they were done. Look at these wings? Do they look done? Would you eat them???? He did offer to remake but the issue was his attitude and customer service skills. Very unprofessional. Will not use this location again. I work too hard for my money to give it to companies that belittle their customers.
