Horrible experience so far were out of the delivery area order for pick up got are pizzas home absolutely horrible we ordered extra cheese on 1 hardly any cheese at all on either pizza no sauce some slices have no toppings we didn’t order plain no taste pizza my wifed called the gentleman was very rude like my wife was bothering him he didn’t let my wife finish talking my wife ask to talk to the manager absolutely no help at all. larosas screwed us they act like its are fault now my wife is on hold again to talk to the manager of the centerville store which my wife rhought she was talking to the lady said its are fault we should have checked the pizzas before we left yes i should have butt seriously who ever made are pizza go back to training ive had better frozen pizza taste better after my wife on the phone for 30 minutes finally talk to the manager at the centerville store we got a full refund great butt no sincere apology what ever very disappointed 0 stars. We used to think that LaRosa’s was the best pizza place, I guess not.

LaRosa is a great Cincinnati pizza brand. Their thin crust pizza did not make me feel down. Their lunch combos were cheap with great selections of food. The pizza was freshly baked and French onion soup tasted not bad. This place had a large and clean room. Servers were good and WiFi was fast.

Larosas is my favorite food in the world. I hate to give a 3 star review because the food was still immaculate. But we sat there waiting for a table for 10 minutes when plenty were open, another 20 after sitting to get our order taken when there was one other table left in the restaurant, and then another 20 just to get our drinks.
Pretty bad experience, but the food was still so good so 3 stars is minimum.

Decided to get some pizza for lunch while we we out doing some errands. It was very cold and rainy this day but the store was well lit, warm and inviting. It took a couple of minutes to be seated, but the wait staff was very attentive. The store was very clean. It was refreshing how clean the restroom was. This is not always the case at soom places. We ordered two small pizzas with a salad. The food arrived in no time. The sauce was delicious and plentiful. The crust was thin and cooked perfectly. I could have used a little more pepperoni and sausage, but it was a small size pizza. The salad was fresh tasted and made to order. Overall, the pizza was good, Salas was good, and server checked on us often. We will be back.

First time trying La Rosa pizza. Always heard good things about it. That turned out wrong. I ordered Chicken alfredo with breadsticks. The breadsticks was disgusting and so was the Alfredo. I didn’t even finish it. Next morning I woke up getting sick. I got food poisoning from the chicken Alfredo from this restaurant. I will not be coming back to this place.

The food was absolutely fantastic! The family and I tried a large pepperoni, rondo bread, a hoagie, and a pepperoni and ham calzone. It was all amazing. The hostess was polite and welcoming, and our server was on top of it. I highly recommend stopping in and enjoying some of their food!

When one of my adult kids asked for a refill to be changed from cherry Coke to another beverage because he didn’t like it, the Server charged me for an additional beverage. She absolutely insisted that was LaRosa’s policy. I’ve been a regular customer at LaRosa’s restaurants for 60 years, and I think this policy stinks.

I worked at LaRosa‘s 20 years ago and loved eating their food up until today. I have seen all the changes on the menu when they first introduced new items and pricing. I don’t understand what is wrong with the Centerville location, but they continually make mistakes for carry out and delivery. If it’s not missing things on the order, then it’s consistently made without care or quality ingredients. I separated out the amount of tomato and bacon in my JoJo salad. The chicken Alfredo tastes disgusting with chicken fat And some sort of white bland gravy with overcooked pasta. The wings are like mini toddler sized drumsticks, I understand what the cost they don’t give celery anymore but why are the wings approximately 2 inches in size???? They don’t use green butter lettuce anymore and I have a half portion for salad. Some of the food got refunded but it’s not about the money. I really love the food when it is made delicious like the Forest Park, Lebanon, Springdale, and the Colerain location, but I don’t live in Cincinnati anymore. I used to order every week and now it’s something I don’t even consider as an option. I am really disappointed that the young people making this food don’t care about it especially when it used to be a tradition for my family and kids.

Best I have ever had. We had a pretty large order as we were throwing 2 birthday parties at once. The staff were very friendly and they made sure we had plenty of plates and utensils. Very happy with the experience at this location.
