Eat here a couple times a year for the last 7 years because it is nearest to my mother’s home. After 10 or so visits over the course of 7 years, I finally feel secure in my assertion that this place suffers from inattentive management and employees. Its always got some kind of mess on the floor. Not just at one of the booths but enough of the place is a mess to warrant mentioning it in a review. The food is consistantly good and brings back the happy memories of my time living in Cincinnati, but why can’t anyone seem to keep this place clean? It is so consistantly messy, this location is the butt of our jokes as we head out the door to visit this Blue Ash location. The food is always the Larosa’s we know and love. It is great! Love the food here!! Just had to say, this location is consistantly a mess.

I stopped at this location around 7:00 last night 12/08/2025. I ordered a Baked Buddy double meat with well-done fries. I have placed this same order many times over the years at different locations and feel the need to give a shout out to the cook last night as this was one of the best, if not The best sandwich I have been served at a LaRosa’s. From the presentation, to the food itself, it was an A+… 10 out of 10.

Wanted to try pizza in Cincinnati before heading out of town, and this did not disappoint!!! Started with the kitchen chips, which were fantastic, then got the minestrone soup, which was veggie plentiful!!! Finished with the pizza topped with sausage and green peppers, and the lunch special personal was the perfect size. Everything, including the service, was wonderful. Also got to learn a bit about buddy!!! Check this place out!

I used to eat la Rosa‘s once a week, but slowly their quality has declined. I haven’t tried it in a while so when I got a coupon, we thought we’d give it a try tonight so we ordered delivery. We got a medium pizza and boneless wings the pizza barely had any cheese on. It was cold and tasted horrible. The mild boneless wings were also cold and chewy. It’s really disappointing because the quality just doesn’t seem to be there anymore.

I’m from Cincy and excited to get home to eat signature LaRosa’s pizza! Just bother to go to Milford, or just don’t order delivery. I got food without utensils, I DID request them, was served food without looking the requests (no onions (easy to pick out) and chopped tomatoes (hard to pick out) and it took an HOUR for a small pizza and salad. The wait was listed to be 30 minutes, the store is 7 minutes away, and I stood in the hotel lobby for a good 40 minutes looking lost. No thanks. I’ll head to Milford.

The last 5 pizzas I’ve ordered have all had appears to have a spoon full of pizza sauce thrown on top of my cheese. Not sure why this continues to happen. Is this something that you guys are doing now? If so, I’m not ordering anymore. Or go to a new location if it’s just this location. I ask for light sauce. Not sure why the cook does this. Is this him putting his mark on it or something? Regardless, not for me.

I ordered late due to working the night shift. Nothing in the area is open late, so I ordered pickup here. The meal was over baked, and unfortunately I went to pick it up on my only thirty minute break. I’m stuck with nothing to eat for work for the next 12 hours, and basically threw my money away.

I live in Columbus and don’t get out to Cincinnati very often. Always make it my business to try to stop at LaRosa’s or Blue Ash Julie. Last time I was there I stopped at LaRosa’s in Blue Ash in order some calzones and a large pepperoni sausage pizza. The calzones were outstanding perfect The pizza was a little dry I was really disappointed to drive all the way to Cincinnati and get a dry pizza. We used to have a LaRosa’s Pizza in Dublin and they closed it. Blue Ash pizza tasted like Dublin’s pizza. Come on guys let’s get it together!

Everything was very good with two exceptions. The ravioli was room temperature and the garlic sauce we had on our large pizza was very bland. I am excited that on Wednesdays there is a kids build your own pizza night we will be back for that.
