The food is not edible. I ended up giving it to my dogs. I wasted over $30.00 on food that looked gross smelled gross, took a taste and it tasted gross. I’m not sure how they are even able to serve food. The health department should shut them down. That was my 1st and last attempt at Laredo Taco in Jacksonville, TX!

LTC always has good fast food. First time I went to this location, the staff was great and offered to cook us some fresh empenadas since they didn’t have any in the warmers. The second time I went, the lady told me she didn’t know what an empenada was. WHAT, it’s on you Menu. Food is good but you roll the dice on the ladies that work the counter.

The lady making the tacos was annoyed when I asked for lettuce and onions. She ignored me put cheese on the tacos rolled them up and brought them to the cash register I shouldn’t even have payed for it but I did.

Terrible customer service.
I placed an order via door dash to be scheduled for delivery later in the afternoon. The folks at this place made the order immediately and when the dasher arrived, they refused to remake the order claiming they had thrown away the food because it went to waste.
The manager was very rude and acted like it was my fault they didn’t follow the clear instructions that were on the order.

Passed thru to get gas. Looked new so thought it would be a good place. Floors looked dirty. Women’s bathroom stall door broken. Old signage for sale items. This place could get bad quick if not kept up with. Sad for a nice store.
