I first discovered this place when I used to be be a food delivery driver and it was packed with customers, so I knew I had to come back and give this place a shot. Upon arrival, it was busy with a line, but that does not bother me since I am a very patient person. They specialize in boba drinks that are all made to order which is always a plus for me since it it’s quality over quantity. Their menu includes milk teas, fruit teas, slushies, sparkling drinks, snacks, banh mi and much more to choose from. They changed ownership recently and stocked with the original name. The staffs here are very welcoming, well trained and understanding where I had never encountered an issue during any of my visits. You can order at the counter if you are paying with cash or for card payments it is recommended to order from their kiosk. I highly recommend this place to all boba enthusiasts, if you need a quick bite/refresher or if you just so happen to be in the area to check them out. I definitely will be back to tryout the other refreshing/delicious options they have to offer!

They just opened under a new management. (Soft opening) I ordered Roasted Oolong Milk Tea and it was good. Not too sweet, the boba was soft and chewy. They now offer Vietnamese rice meals, spring rolls, and sandwiches. Would definitely come back to guve their food a try.

We got a whole bunch of drinks, Hot Ginger Tea (I don’t think this is on the menu, but they made it for us), Oreo Smoothie, Mango Slushie, Regular Milk Tea with Aloe to name a few. There were a couple of “this tastes better and is cheaper than the Boba shops at the mall” and my daughter when commenting on her Oreo Smoothie said “10 out of 10, would recommend”.

Saw their sign on the sidewalk advertising banh mi and I had to give it a try! It was fantastic – the bread was light, fluffy, sweet, crispy, and fresh. I had the marinated pork and pork ham. Excited to come back and try their other sandwiches and drinks!

Soft service wasn’t anything super special. My daughter said it reminds her of the Costco one but smaller.
Drinks were good. I like the panda milk tea that comes with the 2 toppings so it came out or less than $7. My son’s drink was $8 with 2 toppings. One size drink only.
Street parking can be tough and frustrating.
Pay on the tablet with credit card or at the counter is cash only.
Small place and no where to sit. But if we are eating in the area, I would stop by. The only thing is they close at 7 so if you aren’t having an early dinner, it’s not an option.

ICE CREAM WITH PEARLS!
My Cholesterol alert is blinking but I was blinded by this sinfully good ice cream called Brown Sugar with Pearls.
The vanilla ice cream is smooth, its taste is deepened by the brown sugar syrup. The main ingredient that hooks me is the pearls—fragrant with a touch of herbs and fruits. Their taste remind me of grass jelly and lychee. The price is so reasonable and the portion is perfect for me.
The place is very small. It deserves all our support for this local business on Grand Avenue. The ice cream and smoothies are so good, I deserve a croissant and butter abstinence whenever I paid this BeauTee shop a visit. Two thumbs up to you nice people who run this shop.

A small tea place, looks decently clean inside; but has a lot of flies outside the shop.
Lady behind the counter was friendly; she told us about the happy hour prices (although the total bill was slightly more pricey than the other tea places out there). The Rose Milk Tea was unique—there was actually a dry rose flower in it; but there wasn’t much rose taste in the tea. The other tea we ordered was also unimpressive.
