I love Laredo Taco!! The taco’s are big and tasty with plenty of options for customization. The staff is friendly and lively. I especially want to spotlight Shae in the early morning, and Paris in the afternoon. They go above and beyond.

I am becoming so frustrated with terrible service. Ugh. I came in here at dinner time (6-7 PM), there was no employee at the counter. I had to ring the counter bell numerous times before someone came up. The employee did not seem interested in helping me. The food is usually okay here, but my chicken is rock hard today. She had to have known it was not fresh. Why would you knowingly give a customer bad food?? I have had numerous bad experiences with service and cleanliness at Laredo Taco locations. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt, because the food is usually good, but I keep getting let down. They don’t seem to have any oversight.

I really enjoyed the food, it was very good. However, the staff person who waited on me was extremely rude. I stood patiently waiting as she stood behind the counter not greeting me and talking to someone else, finally she just gave a look like “well?”. So I started to order and tell her what I wanted in the tacos and she was rolling her eyes and sighing like it was going to

Never in my life did I expect to get quality authentic tacos from 7/11. These things are dirt cheap and they are made fresh. The quality was just wonderful. It was cooked fresh I had two varieties of pork taco both were exceptional. Very happy and will be back.

I didn’t actually eat here, we went to the 7-11 that it is inside of. But I will say when we went on 6/12/24 there was a guy working and he was so sweet and helpful. Held the door the entire time my elderly father was going in the store (took a good 5 min at least) and then proceeded to help us get the things we needed. He was wonderful. I wish I knew his name (he had a name tag, I just can’t remember what it said) so that I could tell management how good of an employee he is!!

Went in at 7 pm. They first claimed that it was 7:59 and they were closing in one minute. I informed them that their clock was an hour off. I proceeded to ask what they had and the woman said they were cleaning up and the oven/grill was already turned off. When I mentioned that they still had an hour to serve, she let me know it takes an hour to clean up. If they serve until 8 and it takes an hour to clean up, then they work until 9. They shouldn’t stop serving an hour early. In addition, the food they did have on hand looked like it had been sitting there all day. The health department probably should take a look. I will not be going back. I had heard good things about Laredo Tacos, but the location at Hefner and May is sorely lacking!!
