My wife 3 children and I stopped here on our way back from vacation tonight we came in places our order and took a seat 32 minutes went by no food… went to the counter they were nice and apologetic but they Said they assumed we had gotten our food then took forever getting our order together… I could understand if they were really busy but the whole visit prier to getting our food consisted of 1 other dine in and maybe 10 drive through customers and a bunch of employees standing around doing nothing then my wife’s sandwich came out a mess shm….

I am so sad that you don’t have the famous three pepper sauce. I really don’t know if I want to eat there anymore because I always get a regular roast beef with three pepper sauce, at least 5 packs! Please bring it back. I’m begging you! Thank you

Our food was cold and tasted absolutely nasty. My husband ordered a Reuben, the sauerkraut was cold, the cheese was not melted. My junior roast beef sandwich was cold and our mozzarella sticks almost had all the cheese cooked out of them and were nasty as they were overcooked. The drive thru person wasn’t very friendly and seemed like she was bothered taking our order and then other co workers were yelling into phones while they took out the trash. Like it’s fast food, it isn’t that hard. I’ve been in that industry for years and this was unacceptable.

I got the wagyu steak house burger and it was really good. I would recommend lowering the price if possible because all I get is mayo and cheese. Not the extra. I usually don’t eat Arby’s because I don’t like the roast beef but I gave this a try and I’m going to continue to come for this burger. Best one out of all fast food. The place was really clean to.

Food is always good of course. It’s a quiet indoor place to eat. Mostly this particular dine in isn’t ever busy at all. Great if u Wana go inside to talk private while eating lunch. Most folks seem to use the drive thru here.

Me and my girlfriend stopped there lastnight and got our food through drive through and our food was cold so I backed back up to the window and had them to make our food hot it has happened just about every time I’ve stopped there our food would be cold. The employee at the window acted like she didn’t want to be there they don’t smile or say thank you or your welcome they weren’t nice at all

This location is off the main road a bit, so it is easy to overlook it. The service time is a bit slow, but I am willing to chalk that up to cooking the food to order due to limited traffic passing through. I keep going back because the slow drive thru experience doesn’t affect the food. I have never had an issue with the food once it is in my possession. Warm fries, neatly made sandwiches, and cold drinks makes this a 4 star location in my book!
