Been here 3x in past two weeks between 11a-1pm. Each time they have had minimal food cooked and ready. No pork carnitas, no carne asada etc etc. EVERY TIME. No one working counter and no workers visible for over a minute. I left each time frustrated with their lack of food available and customer service.
Generally, when you offer a menu of quick to go food(I have been to many other Laredo taco locations) you actually have the food cooked and available. Over the past months, the availability of their menu items has cratered. No enchiladas ever when they used to always have them hot and ready. I have ordered the 2for $6 tacos and when declaring I was going to order the special I picked my meats and was given a bill for much more than 6 bucks. When I asked about the reason, I was told one of the meats I picked was not included in the special. Generally when someone says they are getting the special a worker would tell them if something they ordered wasn’t included in the special.
To the owner: please tell your employees to have food cooked and available. There is no reason not to have your menu items available. None. Again, I have been to other locations that have their act together, so I know what it is supposed to look like. Do better

Ordered food off doordash and I I this place they gave me tacos with just meat also gave me flower tortillas when I asked for corn and did not give me salsa when I payed extra for some place is horrible better getting a candy bar from the speedway

It was inside a Speedway Gas Station. I got the Laredo Bowl. The potion size was large. The beans were ok..not great. The steak fajita I got was tender and flavorful. The Salsa bar was not well stocked, but the Pico was good. You order, then pay at the counter and then bring the receipt back. In that time the person behind the counter had my order ready.

Our entire meal went Into the garbage. Our rice was so dry it was hard, the beans were like powder. We ordered door dash but our chips and salsa weren’t even in bag. We got fajita plate no onions, peppers or salsa it was just the meat. Worst food we have ever gotten, chicken was like chewing a rubber band. Nothing positive to say

Today was the first time I had a taco from this place, and it will be the last time. The taco I had was the worst I have ever had. It was terrible. Could not even eat it. Had the ground beef,steak it was like pebbles. Worst food ever.

Please don’t let Elyria location for Laredo taco ruin it for the rest. everything Elyria is horrible when it comes to food. Ive been to alot of other location even down in TX and they are amazing. Owner needs to get on the people that work in his Elyria shop.

I don’t know if it was the location or what but terrible service very little food given probably never going back. The tortillas where ok rice and beans where mediocre at best and the steak was fatty .
