My google review partner, my mother in law, was chomping at the bit to take me to L’Appetitos so I had to let her treat me. Lol.
We were joined by another neighbor who had been to this place many times before so I know it must be good.
Great atmosphere. You can see them make the pizza right across the counter, the dessert display is so enticing and it had a nice vibe.
My two table mates ordered pizzas and I had the chicken parm. My Mil is picky about her pizza and asked about 10 times to make sure her pizza is well done and thin thin thin thin thing that crust. Well ahead was not disappointed by the flavor/taste as well as the way they made it for her. Super thin and well done she could not stop raving. As for our neighbor who joined us, she had the same review— delicious. They must have thought I wanted my chicken parm thin too because it was a nice sized thin piece. Now seeing it at first I was worried the thin pieces would be dry… Definitely NOT! It was delicious and so moist. The sauce was good and they gave me enough angel hair pasta to feed an army.
Over all it was a great choice for dining and I would definitely go back. Next time I am

Waitress/manager got the order wring 3 times. Also most of the food tastes like canned, not fresh. Definitely not recommended it.

Small Italian place with huge menu, wine and beer. TVs w sports. Build your own pizza charges $1.50 per item and is the same whether Small or Xtra large. Lasagna was huge amount of ground meat but lacked flavor and little cheese inside. Garlic Knots were great! Service pleasant. Likely won’t be in the area again but if I did revisit would get a Large Pizza for the gang.

I won’t comment on the food because we never even had the chance to try it. What I will talk about is the extremely disrespectful treatment we received at the entrance.
A woman who appeared to be the host looked at our group (we were five people) from head to toe with a very dismissive expression and immediately said, “I’m sorry, we can only take four people.” My wife replied, “Yes, but we are five,” and the host simply looked at us again and repeated, “Exactly, that’s why — sorry,” in a cold and unprofessional manner.
We were honestly shocked and left right away. What made the situation even worse is that moments later, a group of seven people walked out, leaving a large table available. Instead of offering it to us, they seated the next couple behind us at a table for six. At that point, it was impossible not to feel singled out and unfairly treated.
If you plan to visit, be aware that you might be judged based on appearance or how you’re dressed. We were wearing normal, appropriate clothes — nothing inappropriate — yet we were treated as if we didn’t belong there. For identification purposes only, the person who attended us was the Black lady at the entrance.
This was a deeply disrespectful and humiliating experience. No customer deserves to feel unwelcome or judged the moment they walk in. Because of how we were treated, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

L’Appetito is one of my go-to spots in Naples. The food is always solid, affordable, and filling—perfect for a college budget. The pizza and pasta are super flavorful, portions are generous, and the service is fast and friendly. It’s a great place to grab a casual meal with friends or pick up takeout after a long day. Definitely recommend!

Great Pizza Great Pasta
Stopped for a bit while passing thru, easy access right off the interstate and the pizza was excellent. Personal size pizza was actually quite big, I did not finish it. The traditional crust was very good, with plenty of good quality cheese.
Garlic knots are ok. While visibly loaded with garlic, the taste wasn’t really that strong.
My kids both had chicken Alfredo which they loved. I snuck I couple of bites and would agree.
Service was a bit slow, otherwise a great experience.
Did not have room for dessert, although there were some really good looking selections behind glass — maybe next time!

The chicken was parm was really good, pizza was really good too. The salad that came with my meal was good too. You must try the garlic knots!!

The Sicilian pizza was a disaster! It was not thick like a Sicilian. It seemed to be a regular thin crust pizza dough that they folded over several times on the edges to give a thicker appearance. The problem was it was still extremely thin in the middle. When they put on the sauce and piled it ridiculously with a massive amount of cheese and baked it it became a complete soggy, inedible mess. We were able to eat the outside edges after pulling away as much cheese as we could off. The crust was delicious but the rest of the pizza was a disaster. There were four of us and our parents received their food and finished eating it a half hour before we got our pizza. My father in laws pasta salad was not good.

Probably the best pizza in Naples. The pizza, pasta, subs, wraps, and salads are all well prepared and delicious. The menu here is massive. We’ve been eating here for a while and whenever we are debating where to have dinner, we always end up at L’Appetito! Can’t go wrong.

Stopped here on my back to Tampa from Miami and found a gem! The food is just absolutely amazing and thr hospitality is great! The ambience is very good too! We ordered the Florentine Pizza and Sphigniolj Pizza and garlic knots. The Marinara served with thr knots was one of thr best ive had! Thr pizzas were exceptional too! We topped it off with getting a tiramisu and it was amazing too! The ladyfingers on it were soft and sprinkled and perfect! Needless to say i will be making it a habit to stop here whenever I travel to Miami or back!
