The atmosphere, service, and food are great. This was my second time here and we ordered the lobster roll, turkey wrap, brisket burger, and chocolate cake. They were all great. The lobster roll was expensive but I wasn’t disappointed. After lunch we walked around with our dog and looked at the nursery. We have a date night booked for later this month. So we are very excited! I definitely recommend this place for a fun get away on the weekends.

What a fantastic place! Although we were here at the end of fall and weren’t looking for plants, we totally enjoyed sitting outside, looking at the Christmas trees and just browsing.
The coffee was great and the cake and caramels we bought were delicious! I did lots of Christmas shopping in their gift shop. They had locally made items and unique food and gifts. Don’t miss this little spot. Their other food on the menu and in the case looked delicious too and everyone on staff was super friendly. There’s all kinds of spots to sit outside and there’s kind of a “hidden” room inside near the restrooms for indoor dining.

Five star review:
This breakfast was outstanding from start to finish. The French toast was perfectly cooked with a golden exterior and soft center, lightly sweet without being overpowering and clearly made with care. It did not need syrup to be good, but it paired beautifully when added.
The scrambled eggs were fluffy and fresh, not dry or overcooked, which is harder to find than it should be. The sausage links were well seasoned with a great snap and rich flavor, and the potato hash was crisp on the outside, tender inside, and seasoned just right.
Everything on the plate felt balanced, hot, and thoughtfully prepared. This is the kind of breakfast that reminds you how good simple food can be when it is done right. I would absolutely order this again and recommend it without hesitation.

I visited Lantern Ridge during the final weekend of their Christmas Crafters Market, and it was such a delightful experience. I arrived early, and to my surprise, it wasn’t very crowded, with plenty of parking available—a rare treat during busy holiday events!
Since it was my first visit, I took my time exploring the charming mini grocery store inside before heading outdoors. The outdoor area was beautifully festive, featuring a variety of Christmas trees, wreaths, and artisan booths showcasing the work of talented local artists. The hot chocolate booth was a lovely touch, and the option to take photos with Santa added a fun, family-friendly vibe to the market.
About an hour into my visit, I decided to grab breakfast at the restaurant. I ordered the Lantern Breakfast Full and was thrilled to see turkey bacon as an option—it’s rare to find, and since I don’t eat chicken or pork, it absolutely made my day. Breakfast was delicious, and the quality of the food exceeded my expectations, especially for the price.
Overall, Lantern Ridge is a fantastic spot with something for everyone. The market was well-organized and charming, and the restaurant truly impressed me. This place is now on my list to revisit throughout the seasons—I can’t wait to see what else they offer!

I just had breakfast at Lantern Ridge with 40 other people from our car club. The food was tasty, the environment cozy, and the service attentive. If you haven’t tried Lantern Ridge, you are missing a wonderful addition to the East Mountain community. We love everything about this place.

Dont miss this hidden gem! , tried it three times so far just to be sure and it did not dissapoint at all. The rice bowls are great. Fresh with a fair amount of food for the price point. The wrap and rueben done well, even though the rueben wasnt authentic style, it was a tasty version never the less, but the real star is their burgers! It’s smashed style with perfectly melted cheese and just the right amount of toppings….. All on a fresh brioche bun tying it together. Its delicious! And for a few extra bucks, you can throw in some really well made onion ring as a side.
With some pretty unique shopping to do while you wait, or a stroll through the nurseries in back, it helps the time go by before you get your meal. There’s even a ton of cute little nooks, outdoors to eat in the fresh air with a farmhouse feel ambiance.
That’s why I call this place “The gem of the mountain”-
Put this on your list of places to visit when meandering around Sandia crest, Sandia park or cedar crest! You’ll make that drive again and again!

I learned of this restaurant from a friend. I had never been before. I took the truck over the mountain and decided to get rid a try. The food was simply amazing. The farm fresh eggs were nothing short of amazing. The prices were not price gouging you at all. Staff were extremely friendly and generous. They took the time to talk to you.

What a gem! We stopped by Lantern Ridge Farm Market and Nursery after a hike, and it was the perfect spot. Super dog-friendly, incredibly kind staff, and the food—wow! I had the steak sandwich (so good!) and my sister had a steak salad rice bowl—both were amazing. We finished it off with a lemon berry cake that was chef’s kiss.
After eating, we explored the store and nursery—tons of local products, plants, and handmade jewelry. The whole property is beautiful. Definitely give yourself time to explore. Can’t wait to go back!

It is such an experience going here. Lantern Ridge is truly a great atmosphere. There are so many activities and events going on here. Different menus of food that are intriguing. Beautiful plants, trees, and flowers. It is exciting to be at this Nursery. This Nursery provides food, groceries, drinks, gift ideas, and beautiful gardening ideas. There are tea parties, date nights, and other fun events. All I can say is that it’s fun and enjoyable every time we go there. The store is so interesting with many unique products to buy. It is really fun to shop around. We ate lunch here today. We had a steak sandwich that was melt in your mouth. Wonderful and delicious. The drinks were wonderful. I had a watermelon and strawberry drink mixed with mandarin orange, and it was absolutely delicious. My daughter had a chai coffee latte that was out of this world. We have to go back for the dining and try different menu items. All of the menu items sound wonderful. I will say that the salad was lacking. We will probably not get the salad again. Other than that everything was exceptional. The staff are so friendly and helpful. It’s really a beautiful nursery. My daughter is even going to have her wedding here. It’s a great wedding venue as well as an activity and event venue. We have been communicating and talking with Lisa. She is such a wonderful lady. She’s a lovely lady and we enjoy talking to her.
