Stopped into Host & Ram and had a great time! We tried two local beers and shared a pizza, and everything was delicious. The atmosphere is relaxed and fun, making it a perfect spot to hang out with friends and enjoy great local flavors. Always love finding places that support local breweries and serve great food. Definitely a spot we’ll be back to!

Lots of good craft beers and the pizza and cheese toasty is so delicious! They use a smoked tomato sauce you can also get on the side to dip. A must have to go with the pizza or toasty! Never seen a pizza place do smoked tomato sauce before and it was so good!

Some of the best food and people you’ll find anywhere in the state, and probably the country. They’re always thinking outside of the box to deliver some of the most unique and tasty pizzas we’ve ever had. It’s a part of our regular rotation at home, and on the shortlist of “must haves” with all our out of town visitor. We’ve been customers since they were slinging pies out of a food truck at Chupacabra on the weekends, and we couldn’t be more to see their continued success in DT Mesa!

We went on a Monday during lunch time and we had no problems getting a table for my wife and 2 kids. It is self seating with indoor and outdoor seats. Vibes are just small time brewer wood vibes, a couple TVs with sports, feels more like a hole in the wall, not bad at all just nothing amazing about the atmosphere.
The food was out of this world good. We ordered the pepperoni + Sausage and the Chicken Masala Pizza, as well as the Cheese Toasty.
For starters the cheese toasty was the best cheesy bread I’ve ever hard, a little char from oven and its served with a house made marinara sauce that I need injected into my veins. The pepp sausage pizza was also very good, great sauce, great crunch on the crust and not overflowing with grease like some other pep pizzas. They use smaller cuts of sausage and pepp that really helps cut down on the grease. The Chicken Masala pizza was my favorite of the day. A delicious creamy sauce and perfect ratio of toppings. If you like mushrooms on pizza, this will be the best mushrooms, as a pizza topping, you will have. Overall we enjoyed it a lot, my daughter loved the pep and sausage pizza. I didn’t get a chance to try any beers but they have a huge assortment of craft beers as well. We will be coming back.

I love the concept of having two businesses inside—one offering pizza and salads, and the other serving beer and drinks. The pizza was phenomenal, the drinks were refreshing, and the service was fast. I brought my family, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. There are also some cute shops nearby, so we were able to walk around and explore after a delicious lunch.

Goat & Ram – The Best Pizza You’ll Ever Have
Goat & Ram is hands down my all-time favorite pizza spot! Every bite is packed with bold flavors, high-quality ingredients, and the perfect balance of crispy-yet-chewy crust. Their creative toppings and wood-fired crust set them apart from any other pizza place.
The atmosphere is just as great—relaxed, welcoming, and perfect for enjoying a cold drink alongside some of the most unique and delicious pizzas you’ll find anywhere. If you’re a pizza lover, this place is an absolute must-visit. I can’t recommend it enough!

Service was fast and friendly. Food was quick and amazing. Apparently the dressing is homemade and I would buy a quart of the spicy Italian, if I could. White pizza was hot and fresh, even good as leftovers. We were going to a show at the mesa arts center, but had enough time left to leave leftovers in the car. Will visit again!

We wanted to try some place different for lunch and found this place on Google. It was a little hard to find at first with such a small sign outside and the brewery that there in being more prominent, but once you know where to go it is not hard to find. Once inside the hospitality of everyone there is welcoming and helpful in decision making, food service, and drink dispencing. I liked the flow of the brewery, when you walk in to the right is where you order the food and to order drinks and open a tab is at the giant bar they have, that takes up most of the place. For an appetizer, we ordered the cheese toasty. It was delicious, the hint of garlic with ooey gooey cheese and crunchy bread, on top of that it came with a home made marinara sauce. The sauce was great, you could taste the fresh basil and tomatoes in the sauce. The pairing was top notch. We also ordered the Irish nachos pizza. This was a personal favorite, the crispy potatoes, with the jalapeño salsa was a subtle spiciness but great flavor. We also ordered the penni popper. The pairing of picked jalapeños and raspberry sauce was unusual but a good combination in the end. If you like spice, then get the penni popper, the pickled jalapeños were spicy today, I can typically handle spice, but was shocked that a pickled jalapeño could have such a kick. The best part was how light and airy and crunchy the crust was. Everything was cooked to perfection. We also got for dessert later their raspberry chocolate cake. The cake is moist and smells like it is dark chocolate, and the raspberry center is delicious. We will be back and tell everyone we know to try this place out.
