The pizza here is absolutely tasteless. When they first opened, the pizza was good. I haven’t been in a while so the last time I got the pizza it didn’t have much flavor so I didn’t think anything of it. I just thought it was a one time thing. But tonight I ordered pizza again with wings and fries and I will tell you the pizza taste just like tomato sauce. No other flavor. Cheese tasteless. The fries, no salt and undercooked. The wings were OK. So unfortunately, I will never order from here again.

Seems like something changed at this place and I would be lying if I said it was an improvement. The customer service still exists as it once was but what baffled me this visit was the sale of a burnt pizza. I made the common mistake,which I always regret when it backfires, of not checking my food before I leave a location. Upon getting home, I discovered what smelled like nothing was a tough,burnt, cold pizza(I’m sure that’s an oxymoron). I really hope that this was a one off but won’t hold my breath. A pizzeria that didn’t need a check before you left, now has me thinking it’s a hit or miss. The fries I didn’t feature were okay and showed some potential. I would’ve given them 2.5 stars but am unable to do so,but because of the burnt pizza rounded down to 2 stars.

I love lanis but I will never order at night or deliver in fact I ordered a barbecue based pizza and the pizza was ruined they brought another one and the entire thing would fall apart it was nearly impossible to eat and did not taste good at all not only that I ordered delivery and twice I got this new guy who is slow and will deliver your pizza cold or squished maybe both I tipped the driver but I called and ask to not give it to the driver due to it coming squished and they still gave him the tip I love you lani but idk what happened

I am obsessed with Lani’s Pizza!!! Lani’s Pizza is the best in MASSACHUSETTS hands down!! Hand made, hand rolled pizza…can’t get any better. Absolutely delicious food. Also the fish subs, fish and chips and fisherman platters are so fresh and amazing. Everything is great at the spot. Hidden Gem for sure.

I have been a Customer for 5 years but after today I’m done ordering from them.Pizza came Undercooked raw Looked like Lasagna Reheated from the previous day and Gave my family stomach Problems they also forgot the Soda that comes with the order which they have done to me multiple times not just once.I WOULD AVOID THIS RESTAURANT YOUR STOMACH WILL APPRECIATE IT.

We’ve ordered here a couple times each time we order our food is ALWAYS good. The one time we order and the owner isn’t there our food not only came out wrong but we barley got any fries, our chicken wing had no sauce even though we asked for sauce on them and on the side, got charged for both but didn’t get any of them and the customer service was horrible the person that answered the phone really didn’t sound like he wanted to even work there. If you don’t like your job you probably shouldn’t be working there.

Am very unhappy I brought a antipasto salad it wasn’t evening close to enough deli meat for a small salad and they only serve one size which is a nice portion of mostly lettuce and two thin slices of tomatoes and four slices of cucumbers one slice of red onion cut in half with three olives and a few slices of very thin carrots I was beyond disappointed I won’t return there ever again .
