So I’d say skip over this spot as a first impression… Stopped in today for a quick dinner, pulled pork sandwich plate. Sandwich was very large, but slaw couldn’t be ordered on the sandwich…(should have been my first clue) I have to be honest and say I didn’t even eat half of it. It was not enjoyable. Over seasoned and didn’t seem fresh. Very wet and watery, made the bun soggy. The tots were fresh and fine, but just regular frozen bag style tots. Tea was sweet! I don’t envision myself coming back in for a second try.
I was the only person eating in the restaurant and I had to skip by three dirty/sticky tables. Staff was nice enough, but really lacked care.
Building looks nice from outside, patio area is a nice touch, but inside is a little claustrophobic and basic.

Gross. They reheat ribs in the deep fryer then poured the grease over the chopped brisket. 1/2” of oil in the bottom of the container. Had to throw away my dinner. Canned beans have a very odd flavor. All terrible 0 stars.

I go every couple weeks and my last few visits the hush puppies were under cooked. Please cook them longer or if that will cause them to burn make them smaller or change the shape into something oblong. Other than that the food is good and staff is friendly.

It was pretty empty but food came on time within 5 or 10 minutes I was starving so time is relevant. Not a fan of the Mac and cheese but the ribs and greens are delicious my kid ate the toast and hush puppies..
