Great little local venue. The food was awesome and the service was great. She kept us laughing. Constantly coming by to refill our drinks and ask is if we need anything. I ordered their big burger (2 quarter pound pattues smashed into one big burger. It was fantastic.! If you ever get a chance, go try this place. Prices are VERY reasonable.

Unfortunately this is a place where the price of the food is also the quality.
In a BBQ plate, everything was unbelievably bland. The red slaw was probably the best part, sadly. I realized after walking in it was a “seat yourself” place, but signage would’ve been nice to have too. Everyone was 55+ minus some waitstaff.
If you want to check it out yourself, make sure you have cash. They do not accept card.

Excellent food great people. If you have never eaten Home style Breakfast from a restaurant… This is the place to go. The waiter/waitresses are very courteous, and keep your drink full. You don’t have to ask them for anything. They are very attentive and care about you, not their phone or something else. Excellent food, prices, cleanliness, and hospitality. NOTE: Cash only Restaurant!!! no cards.

Pretty much the ideal old school, neighborhood diner. Food made from scratch, no frozen burgers. Hand patted. Homemade sauce & dips are exceptional. Prices have not risen over last few years as much as most other places. They’re very fair. Looks small but plenty of seating. Ample parking. Be courteous and be a good neighbor and you will be treated very well. Been in general area all my life but first visit. Heard breakfast is way above average, just as lunch is. I will definitely be back.

Bigger lady with brown hair was INSANELY aggressive and rude. I don’t know how she is employed here. Apparently the owner has cancer and it’s a shame while she’s unable to be at her location there is people treating guests so terribly in her absence.

Stopped in to grab a burger to go. This location has been around since I was a kid and could hardly see the cash register. Food was cooked to order and excellent, juicy cheeseburger at great price!. The perfect “great spoon” diner atmosphere where locals gather!
