Should have known this place sucked when we walked into an empty restaurant! And then when we tried ordering the shrimp appetizer and the waitress said hell no that meal sucks don’t get that! We knew we were in trouble then but decided to give the rest a chance!

Weird service. Got my food before even getting a tea to drink. I ordered a bar drink too but usually you get your non-bar drink first. The drink was flowing over and because of the humidity it melted very fast and flowed over. Nevertheless, still a decent place with the atmosphere. Ceasar salad was good size for the price. Music selection was good and not too loud.

Allen is an excellent server, he is friendly and made our experience so enjoyable! In addition to the wonderful view on the patio, the food is absolutely amazing. You will not be disappointed if you stop in for a bite!

Terrible experience…food was just fried and oily with no form of seasoning…also charged an absurd amount for a small guac and even charged extra for adding dollops of sour cream and buffalo sauce. Waited forever for our server to come back to us to ask for the bill-and then they added on the tip themselves for just 2 guests. Charged an absurd amount. Do NOT recommend-should’ve realized when the whole place was nearly empty. Don’t know where these good reviews are coming from.

I repeat do not eat here!!!! Immediately arriving at this place. Being it was such a big tourist location. The place barely had anyone eating there. I told my friend I didn’t want to eat there as he insist to at least give them a try. Upon ordering all the advertise drinks. We were not served what was advertised. They have all these condiments pictured on the drink like pineapple, celery, bacon and when the drinks arrive. All you get is a small plastic cup with none of the items advertised. I ordered a full salad and seafood boil. The seafood was a bit dry as if it’s been sitting around. To top it off they never brought out my salad and tried to charge me. Please see below as they don’t even clean their shrimp, a simple procedure all restaurants do serving shrimp. Wait I’m not done yet. The very next day my friend got food poisoning from this place. What a horrible way to spend our last few days in Miami. Such ashamed this place is a beautiful location. You have been warned!!! Do not go here!!

Overpriced, poor food quality, and mediocre service. Hostess was rude, and rolled her eyes when we asked to be seated at a booth (we have 3 kids and there were many booths available) and she just kinda pointed at the booth and walked away. We waited 10 minutes and no one had come to take our orders for drinks yet or offer water so we had to stop another server to ask for ours. The burgers are about $15 and only come with potato chips ($2.50 extra for fries). We ended up just getting the taco nacho chips, which were pretty good, although it was kind of a small portion, and we also got 2 of the kids chicken tenders for the kids ($9 each, for 3 small chicken strips and potato chips). The chicken strips mostly just consisted of fried batter with very little actual chicken meat inside, and the chips were burnt (seemed like they might make them there??) but tasted and looked burnt, and were extremely salty. Positive notes: Our actual server was nice. Also, the girl taking pictures and selling the printed photos was very nice. And the food didn’t take long to come out, despite how long it took for us to get waited on. But overall not a not a great experience for the $46 I spent one 1 appetizer and 2 kids meals.

Just as most other reviews begin, it should’ve been a clue when the restaurant was almost empty, but we figured we’d give it a shot. We had a party of six…5 adults and a teenager. We ordered 5 drinks, an appetizer, and 6 meals. Our bill was over $300! As for the quality of food… imagine going through the drive-thru at Captain D’s, ordering 6 meals, and they tell you your order comes to $300! We did get to keep the souvenir cups to remind us where to never go again, though.
