Comfort food in a comfy atmosphere. Everything is made fresh and delicious. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. One of my favorite breakfast spots.

Biscuits has been a favorite for a long time although we usually go to the Lake Oswego location. I would usually rate Biscuits much higher but something has changed at least at this Scholls location. Food prices have gone out of control on top of a good dose of shrinkflation. The corned beef hash and chicken fried steak are usually great but the new shrunken versions cost $20 each now.

We sat with my family of four and it cost $90 with cups of coffee on top of food. With a tip it was over $100.

Their previously familiar large servings appear to have gone. The chicken fried steak is about half the size it used to be. You used to get two pancakes as a side served on a 11 or 12 inch plate. They took up nearly the whole plate and a stack of two was over an inch thick. Now they are served on a 7 or 8 inch plate and two pancakes are maybe 5 or 6 inches and not an inch tall. These shrunken servings aren’t worth that money now. So far the waffle iron is still the same size.

The good news is that there was no wait for a table at 10am on Sunday. Usually it always takes 20 minutes at least. Wonder why?

Service was ordinary. No smiles but not rude. Robotic. Food came quick with lack of customers.

I’m concerned the other locations will be headed in the same direction.

We used to be regulars at another location, but this was so disappointing. Potatoes and toast were barely warm. Toast was barely buttered. The bacon flight was a joke – beware they aren’t cooked with the advertised seasonings, just flavored mayo squirted over the top. The yolks were broken on the eggs, the bacon was ordered extra crispy and wasn’t crispy at all, let alone extra. Agree with previous reviews about the service – it was fine, but lacking any friendliness. The only good thing was the cold brew. We definitely won’t be going back.

Coffee tasted really burnt and bitter, we were sat without silverware and I had to flag down a server for help. The food was good and at the standard that I’ve had at biscuits before and loved. If I could only tip the cooks I would. Plus the tables didn’t feel clean and the menus stuck to the table.

The place was basic, the food was mediocre, and I would not give it another shot. The cinnamon roll was more of a Danish, the eggs were dry and service was less than that of a Walmart greeter. The bathroom smelled good but was very dirty.

Angel and the staff here went above and beyond. We had an issue with a coupon at a different location, we had to drive over to this location and although our drive ended up a little bit longer to get food, they took care of us and on top of that went above and beyond. It was my child’s birthday weekend and Angel surprised my kiddo with a little birthday treat to celebrate. It definitely was a visit not to forget. Thank you so much, we really appreciate you all! Amazing customer service and just all around great people and service. We’ll be back!

Food is amazing. I have enjoyed the Joe’s Scramble on more than one visit. I have one large complaint. It costs all of $.39 to make a gourmet waffle. Why are you charging $10.00 for a single waffle added to a meal? There is one thing I won’t do again and that’s pay $10.00 for a single waffle with my meal. You can be more realistic than that. Even with inflation, this is off the chart. Thank you for the quality food.

Reply to the reply: I’m sure it’s probably gone up by 20 cents since I left my review, but it still isn’t justifiable even with time and labor to add a waffle for ten dollars. I can get two amazing waffles at a Jamba juice for 5 bucks as a stand alone item. I buy frozen restaurant waffles in a case for $16.00. Please let your management know. I’m interested to hear their reply.

Like so many restaurants, this place is gone downhill tremendously since covid. One thing I would expect from Biscuits Cafe is the biscuits to be warm and fresh and it was hard as a rock. Very disappointing. Portions are much smaller.

If I could give our experience a zero star rating, I would. We placed an online order for pickup that was roughly a $100 paid in advance and upon going into the restaurant to pick it up, the server tells us the order was canceled and she has no control over the online orders or giving us a refund since we did NOT receive any food. She then gives us her managers number in which they did not answer the phone. Won’t be coming back here again

My friends told me theres a place nearby to checkout. Their breakfast menu is gorgeous and delicious especially biscuits and pancakes. What won me over was the waffles with cinnamon flavoring. Phenomenal. We returned a day before heading back home and stopped in for food. I ordered the classic club sandwich, there french fries are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside
