Great Southern breakfast the parking lot was packed and for good reason. This is a great local restaurants to stop at when driving through. Breakfast is off the charts with country ham and biscuits and gravy. Highly recommend!

The quality of food is hit and miss on a few things, but they have good burgers. Their service is the worst! The last time I was there, I sat in a booth for nearly 10 minutes before I was even greeted. My waitress stood at the table beside me talking to someone else, and the other waitress had absolutely no interest in helping. I keep trying it over and over, thinking the service will change and get better. It doesn’t look like it’s going to change.

One of our favorite local restaraunts. We always eat here when headed home from Fall Creek Falls.

My wife and granddaughter love the open face roast beef. I have never had a bad meal or experience. Staff is always friendly.

Do not miss! Land’s is the place to go in Dunlap if you’re on the hunt for large portions and low prices. Our group of 12 college students was expertly (and kindly) handled from the moment we walked into the 10-table dining area. The food was delicious and the service was quick. Highly recommended!

I enjoy eating at Land’s on the days when I don’t want fast food but still want casual dining. The homemade plate lunches are delicious, you gotta try the meatloaf and mashed potatoes! The atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant with outdoor dining as an option. Do yourselves a favor and stop in for good food and friendly faces.

First time experience here since they took over Winnbobs. Restaurant was packed which I thought was a good sign. However after looking around several tables were without food. Needless to say we waited for almost an hour for our food which consisted of a burger, chicken fingers fries and the meatloaf and two veggies. My wife’s burger was decent however my meatloaf was cold. Took one bite and discovered this. Not sure if anyone has put cold meatloaf into their mouths but it wasn’t a good experience. I expressed this to our waitress and she apologized and said the cooks send their condolences. After the long wait and my stomach turned from the cold meatloaf the waitress did offer to bring out another one but I declined. Thinking it was going to be removed from my bill, I was shocked when it wasn’t. Sadly, we will not return to this establishment as they are not concerned with repeat business. One and done. Eat there at your own risk.

While on the World’s longest yard sale we got hungry. It had been raining all morning so we decided to get something to eat. Saw their sign that said home cooking. Sure are glad we stopped. The food was cooked to our request, and the portions were great. That was on Tuesday, we managed to happen to be close by on Friday and stopped again. Same great food, and friendly staff. We even sat in the same booth.

Local place, some of the best biscuits I have ever had. Breakfast was good, cheap, and homemade. Definitely recommend if passing through. Just careful as the place is usually full and not much area to wait or stand.

One of the best burgers there is. It’s a drive from Chattanooga but well worth it. A nice kept secret, and if you eat in, you’ll make some new friends with locals.
